姜黃素和大黃素對(duì)福美雙誘導(dǎo)的肉雞脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良的治療作用及分子機(jī)制研究

  肉雞脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良(TD)是發(fā)生在快速生長(zhǎng)禽類中的一種病因不明的疾病。TD的典型病變可見于脛骨近骺端,其主要特征是無血管化和無鈣化。患TD的家禽表現(xiàn)為身體狀況差,脛骨骨骼變形,行走困難。這種疾病在全世界不僅造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,而且也帶來了嚴(yán)重的動(dòng)物福利問題。中草藥一直被用于治療各種疾病,相比化學(xué)合成藥物,它具有副作用較小、生產(chǎn)成本低廉等特性,適合長(zhǎng)期的服用。1.姜黃素修復(fù)福美雙誘發(fā)肉雞脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良中的生長(zhǎng)板發(fā)育異常姜黃素是一種鮮黃色的香料,黃素是從姜科、天南星科中的一些植物的根莖中提取的一種姜黃多酚,被稱為姜黃。姜黃素被認(rèn)為可通過抑制破骨細(xì)胞的生成來抑制骨吸收。它是調(diào)控和參與骨重塑的重要分子靶點(diǎn)。然而,目前尚無采用姜黃素治療肉雞TD的研究報(bào)道。本試驗(yàn)旨在研究姜黃素對(duì)TD損傷、禽類的生長(zhǎng)性能、脛骨參數(shù)及對(duì)血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)和Dlx5基因表達(dá)的影響;同時(shí)分析了不同處理?xiàng)l件下肉雞肝臟中的相關(guān)酶類(ALT、ALP、AST)和抗氧化(SOD、MDA、GSH-Px)水平。本試驗(yàn)將400只AA肉雞平均分為4組:對(duì)照組、TD組、TDR(自然恢復(fù)組)和CUR(姜黃素給藥組)。對(duì)照組從第1...
