蛇床子素和葛根素對福美雙誘導(dǎo)的肉雞脛骨發(fā)育不良的治療作用及分子機制研究

脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良(TD)是一種影響快速生長期肉雞的骨骼異常發(fā)育疾病。除了對全世界的禽業(yè)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟損失外,TD也引起了對動物福利的關(guān)注。TD的特點是在脛骨的近端生長板處存在無血管化,無礦化的白色不透明軟骨栓;糡D的雞表現(xiàn)出不良的身體狀況,畸形的脛骨以及跛行。1.蛇床子素:一種香豆素衍生物通過調(diào)節(jié)雞的BMP-2和RUNX-2表達(dá)緩解福美雙所致的脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良禽脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良發(fā)生于快速生長的肉雞,約占肉雞腿病的30%。本研究旨在評估蛇床子素對禽類脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良(TD)的療效。將240只雞平均分為對照組,TD組和蛇床子素治療(osthole)組(n=80)。TD和osthole組的雞在4–7天以添加50mg/kg飼料重的四甲基秋蘭姆二硫(thiram)的飼料進行飼喂,然后在8–18天通過口服的方式給予雞20 mg/kg體重的蛇床子素。飼喂Thiram會導(dǎo)致跛行,增加死亡率,并降低生產(chǎn)參數(shù),堿性磷酸酶(ALP),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),總抗氧化能力(TAOC),谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px),天冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST),丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT),丙二醛(MDA)的水平和并使...
