葡萄籽提取物及龜板提取物對脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良肉雞治療效果的研究

脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良(TD)屬于禽類代謝紊亂病,主要發(fā)生在快速生長的禽類中,特別是在肉雞中。其特征是生長板(GP)的非礦化和非血管化,導(dǎo)致肉雞跛行及軟骨細(xì)胞的異常生長。據(jù)報道,TD的發(fā)病率約占家禽骨病的30%,其在中國發(fā)病率約為10%,并能導(dǎo)致農(nóng)民的利潤率嚴(yán)重下降。TD的臨床和亞臨床癥狀主要為免疫力降低、骨髓炎、生長緩慢、及乳腺囊腫形成。進(jìn)而引起動物倫理和福利問題,降低肉雞的胴體和肉的質(zhì)量。1.葡萄籽提取物通過下調(diào)CA2基因和增強(qiáng)肝功能恢復(fù)受脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良影響的雞脛骨軟骨發(fā)育不良(TD)是一種嚴(yán)重的肉雞代謝綜合征,其表現(xiàn)為生長板(GP)向脛骨干骺端增生。葡萄籽提取物(GSE)是是一種天然的植物提取物,在抗氧化,抗炎、抗癌和減少機(jī)體氧化損傷方面起著重要作用。本實驗旨在評估GSE對發(fā)生TD的肉雞的治療作用。為此,我們購買了210只雛雞并在前3天喂食正常的初始飼料。之后,所有雛雞分成兩組,對照組為70只雞(正常飲食),另一組為試驗組140雞(正常飲食+福美雙50mg/kg)。試驗組在第7天又被平分為2組,分別為TD組和GSE組。飼喂結(jié)果顯示:與TD組相比,GSE顯著(P<0.05)減少了...
