An Integrated Approach for Social Sustainable Supplier Evalu

組織和管理決策正受到企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展壓力的影響。若組織的目標是實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性,則組織需要在決策時考慮經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境和社會等方面的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。供應鏈決策在組織商品和服務產(chǎn)出的整體可持續(xù)性中發(fā)揮著獨特而關鍵的作用。雖然許多學者和從業(yè)者已經(jīng)對經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性進行研究,但社會的可持續(xù)性在科研和實踐中受到的關注較少,特別是在發(fā)展中國家和新興經(jīng)濟體。社會可持續(xù)性對其他可持續(xù)性舉措具有促進作用,若忽視這一方面可能會對整條供應鏈產(chǎn)生嚴重的負面影響。為解決這一問題,本文提出了制造企業(yè)供應鏈社會可持續(xù)性的研究框架。為了說明擬議框架的適用性和有效性,本文采用多標準決策方法“最差最佳方法”(BWM)并通過38名專家的樣本評估社會可持續(xù)性標準并確定其優(yōu)先順序,標準順序是根據(jù)BWM獲得的權重確定的。研究結(jié)果顯示,受訪者認為“合同利益相關者影響”是最重要的社會可持續(xù)性標準?沙掷m(xù)的供應商選擇是促進供應鏈可持續(xù)性的一個重要決策,它可以極大地影響供應鏈的可持續(xù)性。在此背景下,一些學者對經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性研究較多,而對社會可持續(xù)性方面的調(diào)查則相對較少。基于此,本文介紹了一種基于灰色的多標準決策支持工具,該工具由“最差最佳...
