　　組織和管理決策正受到企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展壓力的影響。若組織的目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性,則組織需要在決策時(shí)考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會等方面的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。供應(yīng)鏈決策在組織商品和服務(wù)產(chǎn)出的整體可持續(xù)性中發(fā)揮著獨(dú)特而關(guān)鍵的作用。雖然許多學(xué)者和從業(yè)者已經(jīng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性進(jìn)行研究,但社會的可持續(xù)性在科研和實(shí)踐中受到的關(guān)注較少,特別是在發(fā)展中國家和新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體。社會可持續(xù)性對其他可持續(xù)性舉措具有促進(jìn)作用,若忽視這一方面可能會對整條供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響。為解決這一問題,本文提出了制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈社會可持續(xù)性的研究框架。為了說明擬議框架的適用性和有效性,本文采用多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決策方法“最差最佳方法”（BWM）并通過38名專家的樣本評估社會可持續(xù)性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并確定其優(yōu)先順序,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)順序是根據(jù)BWM獲得的權(quán)重確定的。研究結(jié)果顯示,受訪者認(rèn)為“合同利益相關(guān)者影響”是最重要的社會可持續(xù)性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)�？沙掷m(xù)的供應(yīng)商選擇是促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈可持續(xù)性的一個(gè)重要決策,它可以極大地影響供應(yīng)鏈的可持續(xù)性。在此背景下,一些學(xué)者對經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性研究較多,而對社會可持續(xù)性方面的調(diào)查則相對較少�；诖�,本文介紹了一種基于灰色的多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決策支持工具,該工具由“最差最佳...
