【摘要】:伴隨我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,2015年我國石油需求量已達(dá)到5.37億噸,據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)到2020年和2025年將分別達(dá)到6.46億噸和7.72億噸。全球石油年需求量也已達(dá)到48億噸。作為石油工業(yè)最為重要的石油服務(wù)行業(yè)也在迅速發(fā)展,對(duì)于石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展乃至國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有越來越重要的意義。全球范圍石油服務(wù)僅油田工程技術(shù)服務(wù)的市場規(guī)模,在2014年就達(dá)到45 059.93億美元,但我國石油服務(wù)業(yè)的海外營收總額僅為889.8億美元。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下如何促進(jìn)我國石油服務(wù)業(yè)綜合水平的快速提升,推動(dòng)石油服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展并在更大范圍及規(guī)模上走出國門,已經(jīng)成為具有國家戰(zhàn)略高度的研究課題。通過文獻(xiàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前我國研究者對(duì)行業(yè)績效的研究不僅仍然采用的是20世紀(jì)30年代喬·貝恩(Joe S.Bain)、謝勒(Scherer)等人建立的SCP產(chǎn)業(yè)分析框架,而且在應(yīng)用SCP范式分析行業(yè)績效的過程中均忽略了原模式中市場沖擊(Shock)這一重要的因素。然而,在現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)中,尤其是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化中,包括市場沖擊在內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)市場環(huán)境對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)市場績效具有重大的影響,尤其是在石油服務(wù)業(yè)中表現(xiàn)得更為明顯。因此,忽視環(huán)境因素的SCP分析方法顯現(xiàn)出與現(xiàn)實(shí)的脫節(jié),分析結(jié)果也缺乏說服力。借鑒已有產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論和國際競爭力理論的研究,對(duì)石油產(chǎn)業(yè)及石油服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行梳理,并結(jié)合石油服務(wù)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)探討市場環(huán)境因素對(duì)石油服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)市場行為的影響,進(jìn)而確定市場環(huán)境因素與市場績效之間的關(guān)系。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)市場環(huán)境因素對(duì)市場績效具有較大的影響。為此,將“要素流動(dòng)”、“勘探開發(fā)需求”和“機(jī)制條件”等具有行業(yè)特征的環(huán)境因素納入分析模型中,構(gòu)建SECP分析模型及研究框架,以便更加深入地探索我國石油服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)績效的影響因素及其作用機(jī)制。基于SECP研究框架,從國際市場環(huán)境和國際競爭力分析入手,研究確定石油服務(wù)行業(yè)的關(guān)鍵要素及要素流動(dòng)特征;通過對(duì)石油服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)及產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)的差異特點(diǎn)分析,研究其行業(yè)集中度和進(jìn)入退出壁壘;進(jìn)而研究市場結(jié)構(gòu)和市場環(huán)境對(duì)石油服務(wù)行業(yè)中的企業(yè)市場行為的影響,從市場、資本和技術(shù)三個(gè)角度,進(jìn)一步分析石油服務(wù)企業(yè)在石油服務(wù)市場中的行為、資源配置、市場績效問題。研究表明,石油服務(wù)業(yè)存在較為顯著的規(guī)模效率性,大型石油服務(wù)企業(yè)領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,石油服務(wù)業(yè)市場進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后寡占特點(diǎn)更加明顯,市場壟斷的成分有所增加甚至幾乎遍及細(xì)分市場;石油服務(wù)業(yè)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)和市場環(huán)境均會(huì)對(duì)其內(nèi)部的企業(yè)行為產(chǎn)生顯著的影響,最終將會(huì)影響企業(yè)的績效;在市場結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)集中且政府規(guī)制較為嚴(yán)格的前提下,要素的流通成本逐步提升,石油服務(wù)的絕對(duì)邊際成本增大,從而推動(dòng)企業(yè)更多的采用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、資本擴(kuò)張的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)市場突破。研究中還發(fā)現(xiàn),在石油服務(wù)市場結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)分散的形式下,要素流動(dòng)更加活躍,中小石油服務(wù)企業(yè)在某一領(lǐng)域利用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、獨(dú)有技術(shù)可參與石油服務(wù)市場競爭,并可與大型壟斷石油服務(wù)公司抗衡,最終在極為狹窄的競爭市場中贏得市場份額。為此我國石油服務(wù)業(yè)優(yōu)先強(qiáng)化業(yè)務(wù)專業(yè)性,快速提升技術(shù)含量,以服務(wù)輸出的方式進(jìn)入全球能源市場,可以繞過相關(guān)國家的規(guī)制條件限制及大型壟斷企業(yè)對(duì)市場的絕對(duì)控制,不失為一種占優(yōu)選擇;研究結(jié)果還表明SECP分析方法修正并完善了傳統(tǒng)的SCP分析方法的不足,所得結(jié)論更為符合實(shí)際,具有一定的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, in 2015 China's oil demand has reached 5.37 tons, it is estimated that in 2020 and 2025 will reach 6.46 tons and 7.72 tons of oil. The global annual demand has reached 48 tons. As the oil industry is the most important oil services industry is in rapid development, more and more meaningful important for the development of the petroleum industry and national economic development. The global oil services only oil field engineering services market size, will reach $4 trillion and 505 billion 993 million in 2014, but China's oil service industry overseas total revenue amounted to only $88 billion 980 million. How to promote the rapid enhance the overall level of China's oil service industry in the background the economic globalization, and promote the rapid development of the oil service industry in and out of the country in a wider scope and scale, has become a highly research topic in national strategy. A literature study found that the current research on industry performance not only is still used in the 1930s Jo Bain (Joe S.Bain), Scheele (Scherer) established by SCP industry analysis framework, and the analysis of industry performance have neglected the impact of the market in the original model in the application of SCP paradigm (Shock) which is one of the most important the factors. However, in the real economy, especially in the economic globalization, the global economic integration, including market impact, industry market environment has a significant impact on the industrial market performance, especially in the oil service industry is more obvious. Therefore, ignoring environmental factors SCP analysis method appeared out of touch with in reality, analysis of the lack of convincing. Draw on existing industrial organization theory and the theory of international competitiveness, the relevant research results on oil industry and oil services industry are Comb, and explore for oil service industry market structure and market environment factors combined with the oil services industry reality, influence the market behavior of enterprises, and to determine the relationship between the market environment and market performance. Through the analysis of market environment has great influence on the market performance. Therefore, the element of "flow", "environmental factors exploration and development needs" and "mechanism" with the characteristics of the industry into the analysis model, SECP analysis model and construct the research framework, in order to further explore the performance of China's petroleum services industry influence factors and mechanism. Research on SECP based framework, starting from the analysis of the international market environment and international competitiveness, research to determine the flow the characteristics of the key elements of the oil services industry and key elements; through the analysis of the oil service industry market structure and characteristics of different products / services, research The industry concentration and barriers to entry and exit; and study the influence of market structure and market environment of the enterprise market behavior of oil in the service industry from three aspects of market, capital and technology, further analysis of the petroleum service enterprise behavior in the oil services market in the allocation of resources, market performance. The study shows that the oil services industry there is a significant scale efficiency, large oil service companies leading obvious advantages, the oil services market in twenty-first Century after entering the oligopoly monopoly market more obvious characteristics, the composition has increased even in almost all segments of the market; market structure and market environment of oil service industry will be on the internal behavior of enterprises make a significant impact on the final it will affect the performance of the enterprise; in the relative concentration of government regulation and premise of strict market structure, elements of the cost of circulation gradually, oil service The absolute marginal cost is increased, so as to promote the enterprise to use more technology innovation, market breakthrough to achieve capital expansion. Therefore China's oil service industry priority strengthen business professional, rapid increase of technical content, into the global energy market to service output, can limit the regulation to circumvent national and large monopolies on the market of absolute control, is a dominant choice; the results also showed that SECP method was modified and improved the traditional SCP analysis method The conclusion is more practical and has a certain value of popularization and application.
