【摘要】:滑坡災(zāi)害是世界上發(fā)生最為頻繁的災(zāi)害之一,世界各國(guó)每年因滑坡災(zāi)害造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失近百億美元,,致數(shù)千人傷亡,因此受到國(guó)際社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注和高度重視。我國(guó)滑坡災(zāi)害發(fā)生密度大、頻率高、分布范圍廣泛,已成為地質(zhì)災(zāi)害中的一個(gè)重要災(zāi)種,對(duì)人民生命和國(guó)家財(cái)產(chǎn)構(gòu)成重大威脅,嚴(yán)重制約我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 我國(guó)西南地區(qū)江河密布,降水集中,地形垂直落差大,是我國(guó)水資源最豐富的區(qū)域。同時(shí),西南地區(qū)處于青藏高原的東側(cè)地帶,受青藏高原快速隆升的影響,該區(qū)山高坡陡,河床深切,地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,構(gòu)造運(yùn)動(dòng)活躍,地震活動(dòng)頻繁,生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱,高地應(yīng)力集中,風(fēng)化作用強(qiáng)烈,巖體結(jié)構(gòu)破碎,獨(dú)特的區(qū)域地質(zhì)背景使得滑坡災(zāi)害頻發(fā),給水電工程安全帶來(lái)諸多安全隱患。 本文以2010年水利部公益性行業(yè)科研專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)項(xiàng)目(《西南大型水庫(kù)庫(kù)岸滑坡災(zāi)害影響與對(duì)策研究》,項(xiàng)目編號(hào):201001008)和國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金(“快速隆升典型河段復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)巖體災(zāi)變與水庫(kù)工程活動(dòng)互饋機(jī)理研究”,項(xiàng)目批準(zhǔn)號(hào):41330636)為依托,選取擬建的滇中引水工程奔子欄水源地庫(kù)區(qū)為研究區(qū),以庫(kù)區(qū)內(nèi)發(fā)育的24處典型滑坡為研究對(duì)象,分析滑坡發(fā)育的空間分布規(guī)律和成因變形機(jī)制,評(píng)估單體滑坡的穩(wěn)定性,對(duì)滑坡災(zāi)害區(qū)域風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行區(qū)劃分析,為保障研究區(qū)水電工程正常安全實(shí)施建設(shè)提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。 針對(duì)以上研究目標(biāo),本文設(shè)置七章:第1章為緒論,介紹了選題依據(jù)和研究意義,總結(jié)了滑坡災(zāi)害的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了論文的主要內(nèi)容和技術(shù)路線以及論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第2章介紹了滇中引水工程項(xiàng)目概況,并從自然地理、地形地貌、氣象水文、地層巖性、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造和地震活動(dòng)幾個(gè)方面論述了奔子欄水源地庫(kù)區(qū)滑坡發(fā)育的地質(zhì)背景。第3章重點(diǎn)介紹了庫(kù)區(qū)滑坡自身特征、空間分布規(guī)律和成因變形機(jī)制。第4章介紹了單體滑坡穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,并對(duì)各個(gè)典型滑坡進(jìn)行智能評(píng)估。第5章詳細(xì)論述了區(qū)域滑坡災(zāi)害危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建、指標(biāo)權(quán)重確定的方法以及危險(xiǎn)性區(qū)劃模型,對(duì)研究區(qū)進(jìn)行區(qū)域?yàn)?zāi)害危險(xiǎn)性分區(qū)。第6章進(jìn)行區(qū)域滑坡災(zāi)害易損性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性區(qū)劃分析。第7章總結(jié)了論文得出的主要結(jié)論,對(duì)下一步研究工作提出建議。 需要特別說(shuō)明的是,在論文寫(xiě)作過(guò)程中,作者深感時(shí)間短暫,加之水平有限,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,論文中錯(cuò)漏和不妥之處在所難免,敬請(qǐng)各位專家學(xué)者批評(píng)指正。
[Abstract]:Landslide disaster is one of the most frequent disasters in the world. The economic losses caused by landslide disasters in the world are nearly 10 billion US dollars each year, causing thousands of casualties. Landslide disasters in China have a large density, high frequency and wide distribution, and have become an important disaster in geological disasters, which pose a major threat to people's lives and national property, and seriously restrict the development of our national economy. The southwest of China is rich in water resources because of its dense rivers, concentrated precipitation and large vertical topographic drop. At the same time, the southwest region is located on the eastern side of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Affected by the rapid uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the mountains in the region are steep and steep, the river bed is deep, the geological conditions are complex, the tectonic movement is active, the seismic activity is frequent, and the ecological environment is fragile. High ground stress, strong weathering, broken rock mass structure and unique regional geological background make landslide disasters occur frequently, which brings many safety risks to hydropower engineering. In this paper, the project of special research fund for public welfare industry of Ministry of Water Resources in 2010 ("study on influence and Countermeasure of landslide disaster in the Bank of Southwest large Reservoir", Project No.: 201001008) and National Natural Science Foundation ("complex knot of typical reach of rapid uplift") Study on the mechanism of mutual feeding between rock mass catastrophe and reservoir engineering activity ", Based on the project approval number: 41330636, the proposed water source area of Pengzilan water diversion project in central Yunnan is selected as the study area, and the spatial distribution law and genetic deformation mechanism of the landslide development are analyzed with 24 typical landslides developed in the reservoir area as the research object. To evaluate the stability of single landslide and to analyze the regional risk of landslide hazard, the scientific basis is provided for the normal and safe construction of hydropower projects in the study area. In view of the above research goal, this paper sets up seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, introduced the selected topic basis and the research significance, summarized the domestic and foreign research present situation of the landslide disaster, and introduced the main content, the technical route and the innovation point of the paper. The second chapter introduces the general situation of the water diversion project in central Yunnan, and discusses the geological background of landslide development in the reservoir area of Pendzilan reservoir area from the aspects of natural geography, topography, meteorology and hydrology, stratigraphic lithology, geological structure and seismic activity. In chapter 3, the characteristics, spatial distribution and deformation mechanism of landslide in reservoir area are introduced. Chapter 4 introduces the construction of single landslide stability evaluation index system and the intelligent evaluation of each typical landslide. Chapter 5 discusses in detail the construction of regional landslide hazard assessment index system, the method of determining the index weight and the risk zoning model, and carries out the regional disaster risk zoning in the study area. Chapter 6 analyzes the vulnerability and risk of regional landslide hazard. Chapter 7 summarizes the main conclusions of the paper and puts forward some suggestions for the next research work. In particular, in the process of writing the paper, the author feels that the time is short, the level is limited, the experience is not enough, the mistakes and mistakes in the paper are inevitable, please ask all experts and scholars to criticize and correct them.
