【摘要】:隨著光纖光柵技術的不斷發(fā)展,其作為光纖技術的重要器件在光纖傳感和光纖激光器領域有著更為廣泛的應用;诠饫w光柵的光纖傳感器以其靈巧、體積小易于集成和抗電磁干擾等優(yōu)點在小型化、多參量化和集成化方向的現(xiàn)代傳感技術中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。而單縱模窄線寬光纖激光器在相干光通信、長距離光纖傳感、激光雷達以及太赫茲源等領域有著廣闊的應用前景。本文針對幾種特殊結(jié)構(gòu)光纖光柵濾波器進行了詳細的理論分析與實驗研究,并將它們應用于光纖傳感與光纖激光器領域中。采用自制的稀土摻雜光纖與多種腔結(jié)構(gòu)對摻鉺光纖激光器進行深入的理論與實驗研究。取得的主要研究成果與創(chuàng)新點如下:1.采用耦合模理論分析了光纖光柵的光譜特性與濾波特性,利用傳輸矩陣法建立了拉錐型(普通和保偏)啁啾光纖光柵的理論模型,理論與實驗詳細分析了拉錐型(普通和保偏)啁啾光纖光柵的光譜和濾波特性。深入研究了啁啾光纖光柵自身參數(shù)與拉錐參數(shù)對其光譜和濾波特性的影響,同時引入拉錐產(chǎn)生的損耗因子對其模型進行修正。進一步研究了拉錐型保偏啁啾光纖光柵偏振態(tài)對其光譜和濾波特性的影響。2.提出并搭建了一種基于均勻光纖光柵組的二維空間定位傳感系統(tǒng),利用光纖光柵軸向應力傳感器的原理,將壓力參量轉(zhuǎn)化為光纖光柵的軸向應力參量,通過觀測光纖光柵諧振波長的變化,實現(xiàn)二維空間的定位。3.提出并搭建了基于保偏拉錐型啁啾光纖光柵與保偏長周期光纖光柵的多參量光纖傳感器。對于保偏拉錐型啁啾光纖光柵,理論與實驗深入研究該光纖光柵不同偏振態(tài)上的透射峰波長以及光柵的透射深度與應力、溫度和扭轉(zhuǎn)的關系,得到一個應力、溫度和扭轉(zhuǎn)同時測量的光纖傳感器。對于保偏長周期光纖光柵,實驗研究該光柵不同模式耦合產(chǎn)生的透射峰波長和透射深度以及不同偏振態(tài)上的透射峰波長和透射深度與溫度、折射率和扭轉(zhuǎn)的關系,得到一個溫度、折射率和扭轉(zhuǎn)同時測量的光纖傳感器。4.根據(jù)拉錐型啁啾光纖光柵的理論,提出了一種線形腔單縱模窄線寬光纖激光器,詳細分析了可飽和吸收體的工作原理,結(jié)合拉錐型啁啾光纖光柵窄帶濾波器和可飽和吸收體共同作用實現(xiàn)單縱模激光輸出,采用洛倫茲擬合得到激光器20dB線寬約為27.7kHz。進一步根據(jù)保偏拉錐型啁啾光纖光柵的理論,提出了一種基于保偏拉錐型光纖光柵濾波器與可飽和吸收體的環(huán)形腔可切換雙波長光纖激光器,實驗實現(xiàn)了兩個波長任意切換的單縱模窄線寬激光輸出。理論和實驗研究了自反饋注入技術的工作原理,提出一種基于高摻雜濃度的摻鉺光纖、拉錐型均勻光纖光柵和自反饋注入環(huán)的單縱模窄線寬DFB光纖激光器,實驗測量有無自反饋注入環(huán)的激光器20dB線寬分別近似為10.3kHz和52.3kHz。5.理論分析了均勻光纖光柵單腔與多腔(對稱腔與非對稱腔)F-P濾波器的光譜特性和濾波特性,并實驗制作了不同腔長的濾波器進行對比。提出了一種基于保偏均勻光纖光柵非對稱腔F-P濾波器的環(huán)形腔可切換雙波長單縱模窄線寬光纖激光器,洛倫茲擬合單波長激光輸出的3dB線寬分別近似為4.8kHz和4.5kHz。進一步分析了啁啾光纖光柵單腔與多腔F-P濾波器的光譜特性和濾波特性,并實驗制作了不同間隔的啁啾光纖光柵單腔濾波器進行比較。利用保偏啁啾光纖光柵單腔F-P濾波器的具有偏振依賴和超窄帶濾波的特性,研制出室溫下穩(wěn)定輸出的可切換可調(diào)諧雙波長單縱模窄線寬光纖激光器。實驗測量出兩個單波長激光輸出的20dB線寬分別為16.9kHz和17.1kHz,對應3dB線寬約為0.845kHz和0.855kHz。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) technology, as an important component of optical fiber technology, it has a more extensive application in the field of fiber sensing and fiber laser. Fiber Bragg grating based fiber sensor is playing an increasingly important role in the modern sensing technology of miniaturization, multi parameter quantization and integration for its advantages of dexterity, small volume, easy integration and anti electromagnetic interference. The single longitudinal mode narrow linewidth fiber laser has broad application prospects in coherent optical communication, long distance fiber sensing, laser radar and terahertz source. In this paper, several special structure FBG filters are analyzed theoretically and experimentally, and they are applied in the field of fiber sensing and fiber lasers. A theoretical and experimental study of erbium doped fiber laser is carried out by using a homemade rare earth doped fiber and a variety of cavity structures. The main research results and innovations are as follows: 1. by using the coupled mode theory to analyze the spectral characteristics and filtering characteristics of fiber grating, a taper type by using the transfer matrix method (ordinary and polarization) model of chirped fiber grating, theoretical and experimental analyses tapered (ordinary and polarization spectroscopy) and the filtering characteristics of chirped fiber grating. The influence of chirped fiber grating's own parameters and tapered parameters on its spectral and filtering characteristics is studied. Meanwhile, the loss factor is introduced to correct the model. The influence of the polarization state of the taper type polarization chirped fiber Bragg grating on its spectral and filtering characteristics is further studied. 2. put forward and set up a two-dimensional location sensing system based on uniform fiber grating group, using fiber grating axial force sensor principle, the pressure parameters are converted to axial fiber grating stress parameters by changing the resonant wavelength of fiber grating observation, orientation of the two-dimensional space. 3. the multi parameter fiber sensor based on the polarization preserving taper chirped fiber grating and the polarization maintaining long period fiber grating (FBG) is proposed and built. The polarization tapered chirped fiber grating, theoretical and experimental research of the optical fiber gratings with different polarization states of the transmission peak wavelength and transmission depth of grating and the relationship between stress, temperature and torsion, a stress, temperature and torsion for simultaneous measurement of optical fiber sensor. For maintaining long period fiber grating, experimental study on different mode coupling of the grating the transmission peak wavelength and transmission depth and different polarization of the transmission peak wavelength and transmission depth and temperature, the refractive index and the reverse relationship, get a temperature, refractive index and optical fiber sensor with torsion measurement. 4. according to the tapered chirped fiber grating theory, proposes a linear cavity single longitudinal mode fiber laser with narrow linewidth, analyses in detail the working principle of saturable absorber, and the common action of the saturable absorber and single longitudinal mode laser output with tapered chirped fiber grating filter, using Lorenz fitted 20dB laser linewidth about 27.7kHz. According to the polarization tapered chirped fiber grating theory, a ring cavity saturable absorber switchable dual wavelength fiber laser based on polarization tapered fiber grating filter, experimental realization of single longitudinal mode two arbitrary switching wavelength narrow linewidth laser output. Theoretical and Experimental Research on the working principle of self feedback injection technology, proposes a uniform high doping concentration of erbium doped fiber, tapered fiber grating based on self feedback and injection ring single longitudinal mode DFB fiber laser with narrow linewidth, experimental measurement with no self feedback injection laser linewidth of 20dB ring is approximately 10.3kHz and 52.3kHz respectively. 5., we theoretically analyze the spectral characteristics and filtering characteristics of F-P filters with single and multiple cavity (symmetrical cavity and asymmetric cavity), and compare the filters with different cavity lengths. A ring cavity switchable dual wavelength Dan Zong mode narrow linewidth fiber laser based on polarization maintaining uniform fiber grating asymmetric cavity F-P filter is proposed. The 3dB linewidth of Lorenz fitting single wavelength laser output is approximately 4.8kHz and 4.5kHz, respectively. The spectral characteristics and filtering characteristics of the single and multi cavity F-P filters of chirped fiber grating are further analyzed, and the chirped fiber grating single cavity filters with different spacing are experimentally compared. Based on polarization dependent and ultra narrow band filtering properties of polarization preserving and chirped fiber grating single cavity F-P filters, a tunable dual wavelength single longitudinal mode narrow linewidth fiber laser at room temperature is developed. The 20dB line width of two single wavelength laser outputs is 16.9kHz and 17.1kHz respectively, and the corresponding 3dB line width is about 0.845kHz and 0.855kHz.
