梯度納米層片結(jié)構(gòu)IF鋼的滲鉻特性研究

梯度納米結(jié)構(gòu)(GNS)是指材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)單元,如晶粒尺寸或?qū)悠穸?由表及里從納米尺度逐漸增大到微米尺度的一種多級構(gòu)筑納米結(jié)構(gòu)。已有研究表明,通過形成GNS可以提高金屬材料的強度-韌性組合、抗疲勞和摩擦磨損等性能。此外,GNS還可大幅提高材料中合金原子的擴散速度,降低表面合金化(如滲Cr和滲N等)的溫度和時間,提高材料的耐蝕和耐磨性。然而,納米結(jié)構(gòu)表層的熱穩(wěn)定性一般較差,在表面合金化的熱處理過程中容易發(fā)生晶粒長大,導(dǎo)致材料基本喪失GNS的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)特征。近期研究表明,通過形成納米層狀結(jié)構(gòu),有望大幅提高納米結(jié)構(gòu)的熱穩(wěn)定性。本論文利用表面機械滾壓處理(SMRT)在無間隙原子(IF)鋼上制備出了梯度納米層片結(jié)構(gòu)(GNL)表層,通過掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)等實驗手段研究了 GNL表層中的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和熱穩(wěn)定性,采用二次離子質(zhì)譜儀(SIMS)研究了 Cr在其中的擴散性能,進而研究了 Cr元素的擴散對其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)演變的影響及其潛在機理,最后研究了滲Cr樣品的腐蝕和力學(xué)性能。得到如下主要結(jié)論:1.通過加工參數(shù)為樣品轉(zhuǎn)速300 r/min、刀頭進給速度0.02 mm/r、加工4道次、...
