負(fù)壓式生鮮食品包裝機(jī)關(guān)鍵部件設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文在分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)外大量生鮮食品包裝機(jī)械研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了適應(yīng)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的負(fù)壓式生鮮食品包裝機(jī)包裝工藝及整機(jī)方案,重點(diǎn)研究生鮮食品包裝機(jī)的輸送裝置、切斷機(jī)構(gòu)和橫封裝置的工作原理和技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)生鮮食品的高速、高質(zhì)量包裝。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及結(jié)論如下:(1)根據(jù)我國(guó)生鮮食品包裝機(jī)械現(xiàn)狀,提出了負(fù)壓式生鮮食品包裝機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)要求以及技術(shù)參數(shù),并對(duì)包裝工藝進(jìn)行了分析。確定了負(fù)壓式生鮮食品包裝機(jī)整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)以及工作原理,根據(jù)生鮮食品包裝機(jī)的傳動(dòng)要求,對(duì)包裝機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)研究,并對(duì)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。(2)對(duì)包裝機(jī)輸送裝置進(jìn)行了仿真與試驗(yàn)研究,通過(guò)壓縮試驗(yàn)和ANSYS有限元仿真分析了輸送裝置對(duì)包裝盒壓縮變形的過(guò)程及機(jī)理,分析了包裝盒的易損傷位置及原因。并通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn),確定最佳參數(shù)組合,在包裝盒及生鮮食品不壓縮受損的同時(shí),保證PET包裝盒和輸送裝置有較好的輸送同步性。(3)研制了基于凸輪連桿式的包裝機(jī)切斷機(jī)構(gòu),應(yīng)用ADAMS建立了切斷機(jī)構(gòu)的參數(shù)化模型,對(duì)其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析和仿真模擬,得到該機(jī)構(gòu)主要參數(shù)變化對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響規(guī)律。通過(guò)二次規(guī)劃算法優(yōu)化分析計(jì)算,得出一組最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合,此參數(shù)條件下切刀的加速度最大值為7971 mm/s2,切割距離為20.4 mm,滿足切斷機(jī)構(gòu)工藝需求。利用此參數(shù)組合的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真分析表明,下切刀的加速度最大值為7971 mm/s2,切割距離為20.4mm。試驗(yàn)樣機(jī)對(duì)多種厚度的PVC保鮮膜切斷率都在98%以上,切斷機(jī)構(gòu)滿足生鮮食品包裝機(jī)作業(yè)要求。(4)設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于負(fù)壓原理的生鮮食品包裝機(jī)橫封裝置,橫封裝置采用負(fù)壓吸膜方式實(shí)現(xiàn)橫封作業(yè),裝置主要由前吸風(fēng)盒、切斷器、后吸風(fēng)盒和輥?zhàn)虞斔蜋C(jī)為主要部分組成。對(duì)橫封裝置裹膜過(guò)程中的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了分析,應(yīng)用FLUENT進(jìn)行后吸風(fēng)盒流場(chǎng)研究。通過(guò)樣機(jī)正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行影響因素的回歸方程顯著性分析,并通過(guò)MATLAB優(yōu)化得出裝置最佳的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作參數(shù),橫封率為99.5%,回歸方程式可較好的分析和預(yù)測(cè)橫封裝置的性能。(5)通過(guò)負(fù)壓式生鮮食品包裝機(jī)樣機(jī)試制以及試驗(yàn)研究,樣機(jī)對(duì)于生鮮食品的包裝速度為49.4包/min,包裝率為99.4%,鼓包率為5%,基于負(fù)壓式原理的負(fù)壓式生鮮食品包裝機(jī),達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求和預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing and studying the research and application status of a large number of fresh food packaging machinery at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the packaging technology and the whole machine scheme of the negative pressure fresh food packaging machine adapted to the Chinese market. The working principle and technology of the conveying device, cutting off mechanism and transverse sealing device of fresh food packaging machine are studied in order to realize the high speed and high quality packaging of fresh food. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) according to the present situation of fresh food packaging machinery in China, the design requirements and technical parameters of negative pressure fresh food packaging machine are put forward, and the packaging technology is analyzed. The structure and working principle of the negative pressure fresh food packaging machine are determined. According to the transmission requirements of the fresh food packaging machine, the transmission system of the packaging machine is designed and studied. The key parameters of the transmission of each mechanism are calculated. (2) the simulation and experimental research on the conveying device of the packaging machine are carried out. The process and mechanism of the compression deformation of the packaging box are analyzed by compression test and ANSYS finite element simulation. The easily damaged position and reason of packing box are analyzed. Through orthogonal test, the best parameter combination is determined, while the packing box and fresh food are not compressed and damaged, the PET packing box and conveying device are guaranteed to have good transport synchronism. (3) the cutting mechanism of packaging machine based on cam connecting rod is developed. The parameterized model of the cutting mechanism is established by using ADAMS. The kinematics analysis and simulation are carried out, and the influence of the main parameters of the mechanism on the motion of the mechanism is obtained. Through the optimization analysis and calculation of quadratic programming algorithm, a group of optimal parameter combinations are obtained. The maximum acceleration of the cutter is 7971 mm/s2, and the cutting distance is 20.4 mm, under this parameter condition, which meets the technological requirements of the cutting mechanism. The kinematics simulation results show that the maximum acceleration of the cutter is 7971 mm/s2, and the cutting distance is 20.4mm. The cutting rate of PVC film with various thickness is above 98%, and the cutting mechanism can meet the requirements of fresh food packaging machine. (4) A kind of transverse sealing device of fresh food packaging machine based on negative pressure principle is designed. The transverse sealing device adopts the negative pressure suction film method to realize the transverse sealing operation. The device is mainly composed of the front suction box, the cut-off device, the rear suction box and the roller conveyor. The dynamic characteristics of the transverse sealing device during the process of film wrapping were analyzed and the flow field of the rear suction box was studied by using FLUENT. The regression equation of the influencing factors was analyzed by orthogonal rotating combination test of prototype, and the optimal structure and working parameters of the device were obtained by MATLAB optimization. The horizontal sealing ratio is 99.5, and the regression equation can better analyze and predict the performance of the transverse sealing device. (5) the prototype of the negative pressure fresh food packaging machine is trial-produced and the experimental research is carried out. The packaging speed of the prototype for fresh food is 49.4 / min, the packing rate is 99.44.The packing rate of drum is 5. The negative pressure type fresh food packaging machine based on the principle of negative pressure has achieved the design requirements and expected objectives.
