高性能低粘度復(fù)合樹脂的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:本論文從提高齒科用復(fù)合樹脂基體的性能入手,側(cè)重于新型樹脂基體的設(shè)計(jì)合成及性能研究,通過設(shè)計(jì)并合成兩種新型高性能低粘度的復(fù)合樹脂基體,并對其結(jié)構(gòu)、性能和毒性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究。1.利用羥醛縮合反應(yīng),合成四甲基雙酚F化合物,并將該產(chǎn)物與環(huán)氧氯丙烷反應(yīng),得到四甲基雙酚F型環(huán)氧樹脂。繼而將該環(huán)氧樹脂與丙烯酸反應(yīng),合成新型復(fù)合樹脂單體—四甲基雙酚F型丙烯酸酯,研究其結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的關(guān)系,對其生物毒性進(jìn)行評價(jià)。并與Bis-GMA按不同比例混合,篩選最佳配比復(fù)合樹脂體系。2.設(shè)計(jì)并合成了一種含三氟甲基的新型聚合物——間三氟甲基苯基型丙烯酸酯,研究其結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的關(guān)系,對其生物毒性進(jìn)行評價(jià)。并與Bis-GMA按不同比例混合,篩選最佳配比復(fù)合樹脂體系。3.分析了不同濃度的TEGDMA對兩種新型復(fù)合樹脂基質(zhì)性能和毒性的影響,篩選出最佳配方。新型復(fù)合樹脂基質(zhì)有望成為替代Bis-GMA的備選基質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we focus on the design, synthesis and study of the new resin matrix. Through the design and synthesis of two new high performance and low viscosity composite resin matrix, and the structure of the composite resin matrix, the paper begins with the improvement of the performance of the composite resin matrix used in dentistry, focusing on the design, synthesis and properties of the new resin matrix. The performance and toxicity were studied in detail. Tetramethyl bisphenol F compound was synthesized by the condensation of hydroxyl aldehyde and reacted with epichlorohydrin to obtain tetramethyl bisphenol F type epoxy resin. A new composite resin monomer, tetramethyl bisphenol F type acrylate, was synthesized by the reaction of the epoxy resin with acrylic acid. The relationship between the structure and properties of the resin was studied and its biological toxicity was evaluated. The optimum compound resin system. 2. 2 was mixed with Bis-GMA in different proportion. A novel polymer containing trifluoromethyl-m-trifluoromethyl phenyl acrylate was designed and synthesized. The relationship between its structure and properties was studied and its biological toxicity was evaluated. The optimum compound resin system. 3. 3 was mixed with Bis-GMA in different proportion. The effects of different concentrations of TEGDMA on the properties and toxicity of two new composite resins were analyzed. The new composite resin matrix is expected to be a substitute for Bis-GMA.
