辦公座椅形態(tài)要素的視覺和逸性研究

【摘要】:本研究依據(jù)認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、感性工學(xué)、設(shè)計學(xué)等相關(guān)原理,從“和逸性(HEJ)”理論內(nèi)涵出發(fā),明確視覺HEJ相關(guān)原理與評價方法,構(gòu)建辦公座椅的視覺HEI研究理論體系。以職員辦公座椅為研究對象,在明確其造型要素及其視覺形態(tài)基礎(chǔ)上,采用眼動記錄技術(shù)及主觀評價報告探索用戶的視覺注意模式及認(rèn)知規(guī)律,確立其視覺優(yōu)勢部位,并挖掘HEJ表征。采用問卷調(diào)查開展實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,將離散的座椅造型設(shè)計要素進(jìn)行集合化處理,構(gòu)建涵蓋高、中、低三類HEJ程度的圖片樣本組,借助E-prime軟件設(shè)計實(shí)驗(yàn)以確立高信度樣本組。采用事件相關(guān)電位技術(shù)(ERPs)探索不同HEJ程度下的用戶腦認(rèn)知特征,通過提取相關(guān)ERP成分的潛伏期及峰值等辨識信息數(shù)據(jù),將其結(jié)果與認(rèn)知心理學(xué)研究中經(jīng)典的視覺誘發(fā)情緒ERP相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行對比,判斷不同HEJ水平下被試認(rèn)知差異的顯著性。主要研究成果如下:(1)明確了辦公座椅造型要素及其視覺形態(tài):職員椅類座椅主要包括頭靠、靠背、座面、扶手、座椅調(diào)節(jié)裝置及其腿部支撐結(jié)構(gòu)等造型單元,它們擁有不同的視覺形態(tài);且各單元間的相互關(guān)系是影響整體形態(tài)的重要視覺元素,尤以頭靠與靠背之間以及靠背與座面間的視覺關(guān)系為甚。(2)眼動研究獲取了辦公座椅的視覺特性:座面以上造型單元處于被試視覺優(yōu)勢位置,對座椅整體視覺審美的影響程度較高,尤以靠背部位的視覺優(yōu)勢最為明顯。腿部支撐及座面的視覺優(yōu)勢程度較低。(3)眼動研究結(jié)合主觀評價獲取了辦公座椅視覺優(yōu)勢部位不同形態(tài)要素的視覺HEJ;就靠背立面而言,“梯形短”靠背及“矩形長”靠背的視覺HEJ程度較高;“正方形”、“橢圓形”及“倒梯形”程度較低。就靠背側(cè)面輪廓而言:“S形”HEJ程度最高;“微弧形”與“J形”的HEJ處于較高或中等狀態(tài),且二者差異性不顯著;“直線形”的HEJ最低。就靠背填充效果而言:“網(wǎng)格通透型”的視覺HEJ高于“封閉密實(shí)型”。就靠背與座面連接關(guān)系而言:“貼近式”的潛在視覺HEJ最高,而“分離式”與“一體式”漸次降低。就靠背與頭靠連接關(guān)系而言:“長靠背與頭靠貼近式”以及“短靠背與頭靠分離式”的視覺鮮明程度較高,“長靠背與頭靠分離式”以及“短靠背與頭靠貼近式”為一般水平;“無頭靠”相對較低。就扶手形態(tài)而言:“一字形”、“T形”與“倒L形”的視覺形態(tài)處于較高和逸性程度;“三角形”處于一般水平,“圓形三角”及“無扶手”形態(tài)相對較低。(4)調(diào)查研究獲取了辦公座椅整體視覺和逸性特征,事件相關(guān)電位實(shí)驗(yàn)(ERPs)驗(yàn)證了調(diào)查結(jié)果的可信度及有效性。具有“高”HEJ水平的辦公座椅造型形態(tài)表現(xiàn)為:矩形、梯形等長靠背形態(tài)搭配S形、J型或微弧形側(cè)面輪廓,其填充效果不限制,且靠背最好與座面貼近或分離,并搭配T形、一字形等扶手以及除橢圓座面以外的其他座面形態(tài),可設(shè)置貼近式頭靠,椅腿任意選擇。而具有“中”HEJ水平的座椅特征為:梯形或倒梯形短靠背形態(tài)搭配曲線側(cè)面輪廓(微弧形、J形),無頭靠元素,靠背與座面的關(guān)系、扶手與腿部支撐形態(tài)可任意設(shè)置�!暗汀盚EJ程度的座椅造型為:正方形、短矩形以及橢圓形等短靠背,直線形側(cè)面輪廓,靠背與座面的關(guān)系為一體化或分離,填充效果、座面形態(tài)以及腿部形態(tài)任意設(shè)置,無扶手且無頭靠。選取不同和逸性程度的樣本,根據(jù)E-prime實(shí)驗(yàn)獲取被試群體對各樣本的反應(yīng)時(RT time)和正確率(ACC rate),確立信度較高的樣本組。以此為素材,采用事件相關(guān)電位實(shí)驗(yàn)(ERPs)探測ERPs內(nèi)源性成分中N2與P3的潛伏期和峰值,對代表性樣本組間差異性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證后發(fā)現(xiàn):N2與P3成分在不同HEJ水平下的潛伏期不存在顯著差異;同時N2成分的峰值強(qiáng)度隨HEJ水平的降低而增強(qiáng),且不受性別因素以及性別與和逸性水平的交互影響;此外,HEJ水平較高與低狀態(tài)下的樣本均誘發(fā)較強(qiáng)的P3峰值,且HEJ程度低的樣本組誘發(fā)P3峰值最強(qiáng),而中度HEJ樣本組的P3峰值最弱,這與經(jīng)典視覺誘發(fā)情緒ERPs的研究成果吻合。
[Abstract]:On the basis of cognitive psychology, Kansei Engineering, science and other related design principle, from the "HEJ (HEJ)" theory connotation, clear visual HEJ related principle and method of evaluation, visual HEI theory system. With the office staff office chair seat as the research object, clear the other elements and visual basic form note, mode and cognitive rules of using eye tracking technology and subjective evaluation report to explore the user's vision, establish its visual advantage position, and mining HEJ respectively.
