【摘要】：論文以江浙民間傳統(tǒng)建筑屋面為研究對(duì)象,探討其營(yíng)造工藝,屋面提棧,施工、構(gòu)造地區(qū)特色差異等問(wèn)題。論文以大量一手調(diào)研為研究基礎(chǔ),再進(jìn)行分析歸納及進(jìn)一步理論升華。對(duì)民間屋面營(yíng)造工藝的調(diào)研有兩個(gè)切入點(diǎn):對(duì)建筑實(shí)物的形式、材料、構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)的考察與記錄,以及對(duì)活態(tài)營(yíng)造工藝的技術(shù)考察。在對(duì)江浙地區(qū)屋面做法的全面調(diào)研中,研究者對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)50余傳統(tǒng)村落、20余歷史城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行了考察,走訪了 100余位匠人,并對(duì)其中30余位傳統(tǒng)匠人進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的訪談。訪問(wèn)30余處屋面施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng),并對(duì)其中10個(gè)工地進(jìn)行了跟蹤記錄。全文寫作構(gòu)架分為三個(gè)層次:對(duì)案例的記錄、對(duì)工藝做法的分類記述、對(duì)工藝做法的共性與區(qū)域性差異進(jìn)行分析。首先根據(jù)地區(qū)氣候、地理差異選取60余實(shí)例,詳細(xì)記錄其屋面特征、構(gòu)造做法等。此后,結(jié)合實(shí)物考察與技藝研究,對(duì)民間屋面營(yíng)造工藝的全過(guò)程展開(kāi)論述,在坡度設(shè)計(jì)中,分析各種功能建筑坡度與分布;在施工(屋面各構(gòu)造層做法)中,深入展開(kāi)記錄屋面材料加工、制作、安裝、各構(gòu)造層幾種做法、各種坡度屋面施工技巧與匠人智慧等;在交接部位構(gòu)造與做法中,分別闡述各地特色做法,分屋脊、檐口、天窗、天溝等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文開(kāi)展了江浙民間傳統(tǒng)建筑瓦屋面應(yīng)對(duì)防水、防風(fēng)、保暖散熱等問(wèn)題的技術(shù)措施,同時(shí)探討地方用材、審美習(xí)俗等問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)江浙傳統(tǒng)建筑瓦屋面營(yíng)造工藝進(jìn)行初步分區(qū),揭示江浙民間傳統(tǒng)建筑屋面營(yíng)造工藝的科學(xué)性與營(yíng)造智慧。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the traditional building roof of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces as the research object, discusses its construction technology, roof lifting, construction, the difference of regional characteristics and so on. There are two breakthrough points in the investigation of the folk roof construction technology: the form of the building object, the material, the detailed investigation and record of the construction. In a comprehensive survey of roofing practices in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, the researchers investigated more than 50 traditional villages and more than 20 historical towns in the region, visiting more than 100 craftsmen. More than 30 traditional craftsmen were interviewed in detail, more than 30 roof construction sites were visited, and 10 of them were followed up. The general character and regional difference of process practice are analyzed. Firstly, more than 60 examples are selected according to regional climate and geographical differences to record in detail the roof characteristics and construction methods. The whole process of folk roof construction technology is discussed in combination with physical investigation and technical research. In slope design, the slope and distribution of various functional buildings are analyzed, and in the construction (practices of each roof structure layer), To develop in depth several methods of recording roofing materials processing, production, installation, various structural layers, various slope roofing construction techniques and craftsmen's wisdom, etc. In the construction and practice of the joint site, the characteristics of each place are described, including roof ridge, cornice, etc. On the basis of this, the paper carried out the technical measures to deal with the problems of waterproofing, wind-proof, heat preservation and so on in the traditional folk buildings of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and discussed the problems of local materials, aesthetic customs and so on. On this basis, In order to reveal the scientific nature and wisdom of the building technology of traditional buildings in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, the construction technology of tile roof of traditional buildings in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces is preliminarily divided.
