【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國(guó)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,作為建筑業(yè)的重要組成部分,民用建筑業(yè)也得到了快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,但是民用建筑業(yè)的安全管理狀況不容樂觀,安全事故頻發(fā)。安全事故不僅造成民用建筑項(xiàng)目投資成本的無效增加,還浪費(fèi)了大量的社會(huì)資源,這也是民用建筑業(yè)部分企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期虧損的主要原因之一,嚴(yán)重影響了我國(guó)民用建筑業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本論文共分七章。第一章對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑施工安全管理現(xiàn)狀、國(guó)內(nèi)外安全評(píng)價(jià)研究現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)有建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全綜合評(píng)價(jià)的合理性進(jìn)行了深入分析;第二章對(duì)民用建筑企業(yè)安全評(píng)價(jià)的過程和方法進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析,并對(duì)安全評(píng)價(jià)的國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)的研究情況進(jìn)行了的簡(jiǎn)要論述;第三章分析了建筑施工的四項(xiàng)基本程序及七大分項(xiàng)工程,對(duì)建筑施工主要傷亡事故:高處墜落、物體打擊、機(jī)械傷害、觸電事故進(jìn)行了原因剖析,得出建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全事故的原因主要有四個(gè)方面:人的原因、物的原因、管理的原因、環(huán)境的原因;第四章確立了民用建筑企業(yè)的流程和體系,建立了建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用層次分析法建立了評(píng)價(jià)模型;第五章結(jié)合建筑工程實(shí)例,按照層次分析評(píng)價(jià)方法,驗(yàn)證了安全評(píng)價(jià)體系的可行性;第六章提出了建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全對(duì)策措施;第七章歸納了本論文的主要結(jié)論,并對(duì)相關(guān)研究工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is the pillar industry of our country. In recent years, with the development of economy and society, as an important part of the construction industry, civil construction industry has also been rapid development, the industrial scale has been expanding. However, the safety management situation of civil construction industry is not optimistic, safety accidents occur frequently. The safety accidents not only lead to the invalid increase of investment cost of civil construction projects, but also waste a large number of social resources. This is also one of the main reasons for the long-term loss of some enterprises in civil construction industry, which seriously affects the sustainable development of civil construction industry in China. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is about the present situation of construction safety management at home and abroad. The present situation of safety evaluation research at home and abroad and the rationality of existing comprehensive evaluation of construction site safety are deeply analyzed. The second chapter briefly analyzes the process and method of safety evaluation of civil construction enterprises, and briefly discusses the foreign and domestic research situation of safety evaluation. The third chapter analyzes the four basic procedures of construction and seven major sub-projects, the main casualties of construction accidents: fall from high, object strike, mechanical injury, electrical shock accident. It is concluded that there are four main reasons for the safety accident in construction site: human cause, material reason, management reason and environment reason; Chapter 4th establishes the process and system of the civil construction enterprise, establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of the construction site safety, and establishes the evaluation model by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In chapter 5th, the feasibility of the safety evaluation system is verified according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Chapter 6th puts forward the safety countermeasures of construction site; Chapter 7th summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and prospects the relevant research work.
