【摘要】:青海金諾新型材料公司位于青海省西寧市甘河工業(yè)園區(qū),受?chē)?guó)際金融危機(jī)影響以及環(huán)保政策的縮攏,以煤炭為原材料進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)加工的金諾公司近幾年發(fā)展受阻,企業(yè)銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)不佳,其主要原因在于經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)于單一,市場(chǎng)議價(jià)能力薄弱,疊加煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展受限,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,總結(jié)來(lái)說(shuō),企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力培育不夠。內(nèi)外交困之下,金諾公司迫切需要尋找新的途徑,回避現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)萎縮,開(kāi)發(fā)新型業(yè)務(wù),降低企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),增強(qiáng)企業(yè)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和行業(yè)地位。2016年初,國(guó)家政策提出供給側(cè)改革和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的口號(hào),這對(duì)金諾公司來(lái)說(shuō),或許再迎來(lái)企業(yè)發(fā)展的春天。不過(guò)從企業(yè)自身出發(fā),單純依靠政策的扶持顯然不是長(zhǎng)久之計(jì),在這樣的宏觀背景下,企業(yè)應(yīng)該梳理自身的優(yōu)劣,在培育核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之上先發(fā)制人,才能順利搭上政策快車(chē),獲得快速長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。青海金諾新型材料公司基于國(guó)家大力支持環(huán)保政策以及在青海省政府的大力支持的下,為了突破目前公司面臨的困境,獲得新的發(fā)展契機(jī),決定對(duì)自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行挖掘和培育,以期增強(qiáng)自身實(shí)力,降低經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),把握市場(chǎng)脈搏,爭(zhēng)取行業(yè)地位。本文在這樣的背景之下,從企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論研究入手,詳細(xì)界定了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)容,以及企業(yè)該從技術(shù)、管理、創(chuàng)新、市場(chǎng)預(yù)見(jiàn)和資源整合這五大能力上來(lái)培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。概念界定清楚之后,文章詳細(xì)的分析了金諾公司目前的發(fā)展情況以及現(xiàn)有核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及其不足、成因。并通過(guò)運(yùn)用波特五力模型從行業(yè)的角度更加細(xì)致的分析了企業(yè)目前面臨的威脅,需要提高的能力有什么。再通過(guò)以上提出的問(wèn)題,選取了創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力突出,整合資源能力強(qiáng)勢(shì),管理模式優(yōu)化的ASOS公司,以它成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以分析。它的企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的成功之處正是金諾公司的短處,金諾公司可以學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒ASOS的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而給出了如何培育金諾公司企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策建議。以期從小見(jiàn)大,為其它的新型材料企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一點(diǎn)建議,進(jìn)而以期拋磚引玉,吸引更多學(xué)者加強(qiáng)相關(guān)方面的研究,為企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型提供一份理論依據(jù),盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Qinghai Jinnuo New material Co., Ltd is located in the Ganhe Industrial Park of Xining City, Qinghai Province. Due to the impact of the international financial crisis and the shrinking of environmental protection policies, the development of Jinnuo Company, which uses coal as raw material for production and processing, has been blocked in recent years. The main reason for the poor sales performance is that the business is too single, the market bargaining power is weak, the development of superimposed coal industry is limited, and the risk of enterprise operation is greater, to sum up. The cultivation of core competence of enterprises is not enough. Under the difficulties of internal and foreign affairs, Jinno Company urgently needs to find new ways to avoid the shrinking of existing business, to develop new business and to reduce the risk of enterprises. In early 2016, the national policy put forward the slogan of supply-side reform and innovation development, which is for Jinno Company. Perhaps ushered in the spring of enterprise development. But from the enterprise itself, simply relying on policy support is not a long-term plan, in such a macro context, enterprises should comb their own advantages and disadvantages. On the cultivation of core competitiveness on the basis of pre-emptive, can smoothly catch the policy fast train. Get rapid and rapid development. Qinghai Jinnuo New material Company based on the national support for environmental protection policy and the strong support of the Qinghai Provincial Government, in order to break through the current difficulties faced by the company. To obtain a new development opportunity, decided to mine and cultivate their core competitiveness, in order to enhance their own strength, reduce business risks, grasp the pulse of the market, and strive for the status of the industry. Starting with the theoretical research of enterprise competitiveness and enterprise core competence, the content of enterprise core competence is defined in detail, and the enterprise should focus on technology, management and innovation. After defining the concept clearly, the article analyzes in detail the current development situation of Jinnuo Company and the existing core competitiveness and its shortcomings. And through the use of Porter five forces model from the perspective of the industry more detailed analysis of the current threat to enterprises, need to improve the ability to have. Then through the above mentioned issues. Select the innovative R & D ability outstanding integration of resources strong management model optimization of ASOS company. Based on its successful experience, the success of its core competitiveness is the shortcomings of Jinno, Jinno can learn from and learn from the successful experience of ASOS. In this paper, the author gives some suggestions on how to cultivate the core competence of Jinnuo Company, and provides some suggestions for the development of other new-type material enterprises, so as to offer some suggestions for the development of other new-type material enterprises. To attract more scholars to strengthen the relevant research, to provide a theoretical basis for the transformation of enterprises, to do their best.
