【摘要】：錢會(huì)作為傳統(tǒng)融資與互助的民間組織形式廣泛存在于近代社會(huì),具有自發(fā)性、互助性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性。清代至民國時(shí)期,徽州民間錢會(huì)具有較為成熟的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,合會(huì)活動(dòng)頗為興盛。傳統(tǒng)徽州錢會(huì)形式多樣,以輪會(huì)和搖會(huì)最為多見。錢會(huì)的廣泛存在適應(yīng)了基層民眾借貸融資等多元經(jīng)濟(jì)需求。參會(huì)者以借貸融資、互助合作為原則,依據(jù)會(huì)規(guī)維系彼此的利益關(guān)系。在錢會(huì)的實(shí)際運(yùn)作中,因缺乏強(qiáng)有力的保障與約束機(jī)制,往往存在拖欠會(huì)款、會(huì)股流轉(zhuǎn)以及中途倒會(huì)的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:As a traditional form of financing and mutual assistance, money society exists widely in modern society, with spontaneity, mutual assistance and risk. During the period from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, Huizhou Folk money Association had a more mature operating mechanism, and the activities of Huizhou Folk money Association were quite prosperous. The traditional Huizhou money will take various forms, most often in turn and shake. The widespread existence of the money Society adapts to the diverse economic needs, such as lending and financing of grassroots people. Participants in the meeting based on the principles of loan financing, mutual cooperation, according to the rules to maintain mutual interests. In the actual operation of the money club, due to the lack of strong guarantee and restraint mechanism, there is often a phenomenon of arrears, circulation of shares and midway turnover.
