【摘要】：黃道周是明末清初著名的學者、政治家和思想家，他是在明末階級矛盾和社會矛盾十分尖銳激烈的時刻登上政治舞臺的，當時朝紀無綱，君失儀，臣瀆職，外有后金侵犯，內(nèi)有農(nóng)民起義。黃道周認為解決當時問題的關鍵在于重振朝綱，而重振朝綱的關鍵在于為人君的素質(zhì)和君臣之間的矛盾，以及治國的方法手段等等問題。于是圍繞著重振朝綱這一中心，黃道周以君臣為重點，提出了一系列的政治命題和解決方案。他認為，帝王要先立志，要以身作則正己正物，，要心存百姓，要以禮立法、以禮治國，要“尊天”“法天”，要廣開言路。這些政治命題和方案既反映他對當時主流思潮的反思，又是基于其切身的政治實踐，與黃道周本人特殊的政治經(jīng)歷分不開，研究這些對我們了解黃道周的思想體系與當時的政治形勢有著積極的作用。 在現(xiàn)有材料的基礎上，筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)黃道周不但是一位著名的哲學家，而且是一位杰出的政治家、社會改革家，在中國學術史上占有很重要的地位。筆者試圖在黃道周的政治哲學方面進行積極而有益的研究，以展示其重大的理論意義和對現(xiàn)實社會的啟示。黃道周的政治哲學可以說是在宋明時期為求實而進行的積極嘗試，他的政治哲學方面的思想賦予社會政治秩序問題以一個邏輯的、連貫的、詳盡的答案，將這部分思想整理出來，加以重新審視和研究，不僅對黃道周的政治觀念的研究具有一定的學術價值和現(xiàn)實借鑒意義，而且也會對我國當下的政治文明建設提供一些有意義的啟示。
[Abstract]:Huang Dao-Zhou was a famous scholar, politician and thinker in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty. He stepped onto the political stage at a time when class and social contradictions were very sharp and intense. There was a peasant uprising. Huang Dao-chow thought that the key to solving the problem at that time was to revitalize the regime, and the key to reviving the regime was the quality of being a monarch and the contradiction between the monarch and his subjects. As well as the ways and means of governing the country, and so on. So around the center of revitalizing the regime, Huang Dao-zhou put forward a series of political propositions and solutions focusing on the monarchs. He believed that emperors should first set their minds and set an example for themselves. We should take care of the people, legislate with propriety, govern the country with propriety, "respect heaven" "law heaven", and have a broad speech. These political propositions and plans not only reflect his reflection on the mainstream trend of thought at that time, but also are based on his own political practice. It is inseparable from the special political experience of Huang Dao Zhou, and the study of these has a positive effect on our understanding of the ideology system of Huang Dao Zhou and the political situation at that time. On the basis of the existing materials, the author found that Huang Dao-zhou was not only a famous philosopher, but also an outstanding politician and social reformer. The author tries to make a positive and beneficial study on the political philosophy of Huang Dao Zhou. In order to show its great theoretical significance and its enlightenment to the real society, the political philosophy of Huang Dao Zhou can be said to be an active attempt to seek truth in Song Ming's time. His thoughts on political philosophy give a logical, coherent and detailed answer to the question of social political order, collate this part of the thought, and re-examine and study it. It is not only of academic value and practical significance to study the political concept of Huang Dao Zhou, but also will provide some meaningful enlightenment to the construction of political civilization in our country.
