【摘要】：喪假為秦漢時(shí)期吏卒休假名目之一種。傳世文獻(xiàn)中所記錄的喪葬禮俗,多關(guān)涉二千石以上的高級(jí)官僚,喪制屢經(jīng)變革。出土的簡(jiǎn)牘材料則從法律與行政的層面反映了更為基層的且顯著不同的吏卒寧告面貌。包括吏卒的具體指涉與行喪的對(duì)象、喪假的長(zhǎng)短變化、寧畢服役等問(wèn)題。由秦至漢,既有承襲,又有區(qū)別。秦時(shí)喪假政策較為嚴(yán)苛,至漢則刪繁就簡(jiǎn),顯示了國(guó)家的"體恤"態(tài)度。與此同時(shí),為家中女性成員的奔喪規(guī)制,顯示了當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)里母親的較高地位和作為妻子的女性逐步受到重視。
[Abstract]:Bereavement leave is a kind of official's leave of absence in Qin and Han dynasties. The funeral customs recorded in the ancient literature involve more than 2,000 stone senior bureaucrats and the funeral system has been reformed repeatedly. The unearthed slips and slips reflect the more grass-roots and distinct appearance of officials' pawn from the aspect of law and administration. Including the specific reference and bereavement object, the change of bereavement leave, Ningbi service and other issues. From Qin to Han, both inherited and different. Qin bereavement policy is more stringent, Han to delete simplicity, showing the country's "compassionate" attitude. At the same time, the regulation of mourning for female family members shows that the higher status of mothers and the importance of women as wives are gradually being paid attention to at that time.
