唐代北方地區(qū)的茶葉傳播及其社會影響

【摘要】:有唐一代,南北方的自然環(huán)境與社會環(huán)境都存在著一些差異,從而也就導致了南北方在作物種植與生存狀況的不同。南方地區(qū)在秦嶺、淮河一線以南,這條天然的分割線將北方地區(qū)與南方地區(qū)很自然的區(qū)分開來,南方在自然氣候方面要比北方優(yōu)越,所以許多的喜溫性作物能夠在南方生長。茶葉是一種比較典型的南方作物,但其對于氣候、溫度、濕度等都有著嚴格的要求,所以茶葉在北方地區(qū)很難得以種植和普及,這也就在地理上限定了茶葉的生長環(huán)境。 到了唐代中后期以后,在自然環(huán)境方面,由于南北方水陸交通的便捷發(fā)達,南方的大量茶葉可以通過便捷的交通運輸?shù)奖狈?南方的種茶區(qū)也在北方市場的推動下,茶葉的產(chǎn)量逐漸的增多,茶葉經(jīng)濟也呈現(xiàn)出了興盛繁榮的景象。在社會環(huán)境方面,北方的宗教文化的發(fā)展,特別是北方佛教文化的發(fā)展,在一定程度上影響并推動了北方的飲茶之風,再加上文人雅士階層多以茶作為調(diào)劑生活樂趣的飲品,對于茶葉本身以及以茶葉為載體所衍生出來的茶文化有著特殊的熱愛,這種飲茶文化對于茶葉的宣揚作用將南茶北漸的進程逐步的向前推進。 正是由于茶葉在北方地區(qū)得以推廣,北方地區(qū)的飲茶之風也迅速的擴散開來,茶葉貿(mào)易也在這時顯得非常繁榮,這里有官方的茶葉貿(mào)易,如榷茶貿(mào)易,“互市”與“貢賜”貿(mào)易,還有就是民間的茶葉貿(mào)易,這些茶葉貿(mào)易對于北方地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有著很大的促進作用。 茶葉在北方地區(qū)得以傳播和推廣,對于北方地區(qū)的社會生活有著很大的影響,這些影響反映在日常生活的諸多方面,例如對于社會不同階層生活的影響,對于茶文化的渲染影響,以及對于北方普通民眾實際生活的影響,所以,茶葉在北方地區(qū)的傳播與影響可以反映出唐代的整體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況,也可以看出茶葉在唐代社會所占據(jù)的重要地位。
[Abstract]:In the Tang Dynasty, there were some differences between the natural environment and social environment in the north and south, which led to the difference of crop planting and living conditions in the south and north. The southern region is located in the Qinling Mountains, south of the Huaihe River. This natural dividing line distinguishes the northern region from the southern region. The South is superior to the North in natural climate, so many temperate crops can grow in the South. Tea is a typical southern crop, but it has strict requirements for climate, temperature, humidity and so on, so it is difficult to grow and popularize tea in the north, which limits the growing environment of tea geographically. After the middle and late Tang Dynasty, in terms of natural environment, due to the convenient development of land and water transportation in the north and south, a large amount of tea in the south could be transported to the north through convenient transportation, and the tea growing area in the south was also promoted by the northern market. Tea production is gradually increasing, tea economy has also shown prosperity and prosperity. In terms of social environment, the development of religious culture in the north, especially the development of Buddhist culture in the north, to a certain extent influenced and promoted the tea drinking style in the north. There is a special love for tea itself and the tea culture derived from tea. This kind of tea drinking culture promotes the process of tea from south to north gradually. It is precisely because of the spread of tea in the northern region that the tea drinking wind in the northern region has spread rapidly, and the tea trade has also become very prosperous at this time. There is an official tea trade here, such as the tea trade. The "exchange market" and "tribute trade", as well as the folk tea trade, played a great role in promoting the social and economic development of the northern region.
