【摘要】：正一、劉賀的立廢與漢武帝的政制遺產(chǎn)劉賀立廢這一政治事件,應(yīng)當(dāng)與漢武帝以來(lái)的政制變化聯(lián)系起來(lái)考察。政治史與制度史不可等同,但政治史的研究也不能脫離制度史的基本框架。一定的政治活動(dòng)的發(fā)生,大體是在一定的政制范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行的。一定時(shí)期的政制,又對(duì)一定時(shí)期的政治活動(dòng)起著基本規(guī)范和制約作用。劉賀的立廢作為西漢最高權(quán)力更迭的政治事件,與這一時(shí)期的中央政制變化有很大關(guān)系。秦漢大一統(tǒng)國(guó)家建立后,包括皇權(quán)
