【摘要】：西晉建國之后撰作《新禮》,是西晉統(tǒng)治者為恢復(fù)"先王之制"所作的整體政治建制中禮儀內(nèi)容的主干。它終結(jié)了漢魏以來以律令、"故事"、官儀等方式容納和安排禮儀內(nèi)容的歷史,開啟了中古時期以系統(tǒng)化禮典安排禮儀內(nèi)容并創(chuàng)建體例的先聲。西晉統(tǒng)治者借改朝換代之機將儒家經(jīng)典記載的制度引入現(xiàn)實,進(jìn)行嶄新的政治建制,是為恢復(fù)"先王之制"。同時,自曹魏起,禮儀類內(nèi)容就逐漸從原先的律令"故事"中析出,西晉繼承此趨勢,并加上儒家經(jīng)典中的部分禮儀制度,糅合原先的漢魏禮儀"故事",最終形成《新禮》,并以一種早期的五禮體例來安排,實現(xiàn)了從內(nèi)容到體系對"漢魏故事"的徹底更新。西晉雖短祚而亡,但禮典、律典分流及《新禮》撰作,在中古禮儀典制發(fā)展中有承上啟下的重要作用。
[Abstract]:After the founding of the Western Jin Dynasty, he wrote "New Rites", which is the backbone of the etiquette content in the overall political system made by the rulers of the Western Jin Dynasty in order to restore "the system of the King before". It ends the history of including and arranging ceremonial contents by law, "story" and officialdom since the Han and Wei dynasties. The rulers of the Western Jin Dynasty took the opportunity of changing the dynasty to introduce the system recorded in the Confucian classics into reality and to carry out a new political system in order to restore the "system of the former king". At the same time, since the Cao Wei Dynasty, the ceremonial content gradually separated from the original law "story", the Western Jin Dynasty inherits this trend, and the Confucian classics part etiquette system, mixes the original Han Wei etiquette "story", finally forms "the new ritual", And with an early five-ritual style to arrange, from the content to the system of the Han and Wei stories completely updated. Although the Western Jin Dynasty died in a short period of time, it played an important role in the development of the etiquette code system in the middle ancient times.
