【摘要】：自原始社會和傳統(tǒng)社會起，以贈禮形式進(jìn)行的物品流動是人類最重要的社會交換方式之一。表面看來出于自愿的交換，實際上包含了饋贈與回贈的義務(wù)及一系列的復(fù)雜契約和象征意義。這些契約及附加意義雖然隨著社會變遷和交換形式的復(fù)雜化發(fā)生了各種變化和衍生，但其中仍有一些部分一直從史前延伸到了現(xiàn)代社會。因此，，本文擬從先秦時期的饋贈行為的行為分析入手，借鑒人類學(xué)、社會學(xué)、關(guān)系學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科的相關(guān)理論，并結(jié)合先秦諸子的有關(guān)觀點和思想，探討先秦時期饋贈行為的發(fā)生原理和支配饋贈行為的觀念傳統(tǒng)的形成，梳理先秦“饋贈”觀念的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，定義“中國式饋贈”與饋贈原則并探討?zhàn)佡浶袨榈纳鐣幕睦硇纬筛矗煌瑫r借助對先秦饋贈行為的探討，對混雜其中賄賂行為進(jìn)行區(qū)分和再定義，以期可以構(gòu)建出一個以“饋贈”為核心、包含了該時期各主要層面及各主要階層在內(nèi)的立體模型，以便更好的理解先秦時期社會形態(tài)和運作結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:From the primitive society and the traditional society, the flow of goods in the form of gift is one of the most important ways of social exchange. Ostensibly for voluntary exchange, it actually contains the obligation of gift and return, a series of complicated contracts and symbolic meanings. Although all kinds of changes and derivation have taken place along with the changes of society and the complication of the form of exchange, some parts of these contracts and additional meanings have been extended from prehistoric to modern society. Therefore, this article intends to start with the behavior analysis of the gift behavior in the pre-Qin period, draw lessons from the relevant theories of anthropology, sociology, relation science, psychology and so on, and combine with the relevant viewpoints and thoughts of the pre-Qin scholars. This paper probes into the occurrence principle of gift behavior in the pre-Qin period and the formation of the traditional concept governing the gift behavior, and combs the developing thread of the pre-Qin "gift" concept. Define "Chinese gift" and the principle of gift and probe into the root of social and cultural psychology of gift behavior; At the same time, with the help of the discussion on the behavior of gift in the pre-Qin Dynasty, the author distinguishes and redefines the bribery behavior in order to construct a three-dimensional model with "gift" as the core, including all the main levels and classes of the period. In order to better understand the pre-Qin period social formation and operational structure.
