兩宋之交趙構(gòu)大元帥府的組織、運(yùn)行及其政治遺產(chǎn)

【摘要】：兩宋之交,大元帥府在嚴(yán)峻的內(nèi)外形勢(shì)下建立并發(fā)展起來。大元帥府以帥府集團(tuán)為核心力量,以檄書等文書形式為軍政運(yùn)行的載體。帥府集團(tuán)隨著軍政形勢(shì)的變化而隨時(shí)調(diào)整、漸次形成,文、武、側(cè)近等三類人群相互交織,卻難有號(hào)召勤王力量的實(shí)權(quán)人物。大元帥府的軍政運(yùn)行,力圖突出趙構(gòu)的核心地位,以便運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更迅速、有效,但往往因受制于各種因素,軍政執(zhí)行力度大打折扣。大元帥府的組織、運(yùn)行,為南宋政權(quán)留下了重要政治遺產(chǎn)。南宋初年宰執(zhí)更迭、武將受控、近習(xí)干政、御前統(tǒng)軍等諸多政治現(xiàn)象,往往可追溯至大元帥府時(shí)期的統(tǒng)軍思路及軍政運(yùn)行方式。
[Abstract]:At the turn of the Song Dynasty, Grand Marshal House was established and developed under severe internal and external circumstances. The Grand Marshal Office takes the Shuaifu Group as the core force and takes the form of a call to arms and other documents as the carrier of military and political operation. With the change of military and government situation, Shuaifu Group adjusted at any time, gradually formed, Wen, Wu, side near the three groups of people intertwined, but it is difficult to call on the real power of Wang. The military and political operation of the Grand Marshal's Office tries to highlight Zhao's core position in order to run more quickly and effectively, but often because of various factors, the execution of military and government is greatly reduced. The organization and operation of Grand Marshal House left an important political legacy for the regime of the Southern Song Dynasty. In the early years of the Southern Song Dynasty, many political phenomena, such as military control, near practice of government, imperial unification and so on, can often be traced back to the thought of unifying the army and the operation of military and government in the period of Grand Marshal's Office.
