清代避暑山莊官制演變與邊疆治理

【摘要】：避暑山莊官員管理制度歷經(jīng)初步建立、制度化管理、衰落時(shí)期管理以及熱河都統(tǒng)管理幾個(gè)階段。這一演變過(guò)程反映避暑山莊管理權(quán)由中央下放到地方,由積極、嚴(yán)密的"制度化"管理到消極、松散的管理。這一演變過(guò)程是清朝歷史發(fā)展及北部邊疆形勢(shì)變化的結(jié)果,也是清代邊疆政策調(diào)整的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The official management system of summer resort has gone through several stages, such as initial establishment, institutionalized management, decline period management and the management of Jehol. This evolvement process reflects that the management power of summer resort is transferred from central to local, from active and strict "systematization" management to negative and loose management. This process is the result of the historical development of the Qing Dynasty and the change of the situation of the northern frontier, as well as the adjustment of the frontier policy in the Qing Dynasty.
