【摘要】：明仁宗在位時(shí)間不足九個(gè)月,他對(duì)北邊防衛(wèi)進(jìn)行的調(diào)整和整頓對(duì)明朝的歷史發(fā)展和北邊防衛(wèi)有重要意義。首先是安排五軍都督府和邊防都司及鎮(zhèn)守總兵官的人選,其中北邊軍鎮(zhèn)任命了七個(gè)鎮(zhèn)守總兵官,每給一個(gè)總兵官發(fā)出指令,都同時(shí)給其他總兵官也發(fā)一份,顯示出對(duì)北邊軍鎮(zhèn)一體重視的特點(diǎn)。其次是鎮(zhèn)守總兵官將印的頒發(fā),計(jì)有大同總兵官、遼東總兵官、宣府總兵官、甘肅總兵官、寧夏總兵官的將印,新鑄征虜大將軍印和鎮(zhèn)朔大將軍印。再次是對(duì)北邊軍鎮(zhèn)的督察與調(diào)整,為解決大同鎮(zhèn)高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集團(tuán)內(nèi)部矛盾將都督僉事沈清調(diào)走;用廣寧前屯衛(wèi)剌梨山百戶鮑麟的事對(duì)沿邊鎮(zhèn)守總兵官進(jìn)行普遍的督察和教育;向九邊軍鎮(zhèn)派去專理軍機(jī)文書(shū)的機(jī)要人員,這對(duì)保障信息的通暢有重要意義。明仁宗的人生經(jīng)歷是他能夠重視北邊防衛(wèi),加強(qiáng)對(duì)北邊軍鎮(zhèn)的調(diào)整和整頓的根本原因。
[Abstract]:Ming Renzong was in power for less than nine months, and his adjustment and rectification of the northern defense was of great significance to the historical development of the Ming Dynasty and the northern defense. First of all, arrangements are made for the five armed forces to be appointed to the Government House, the Frontier Defense Department and the Chief Guard officers. Among them, the northern army town has appointed seven chief warders. For every directive given to one chief military officer, they will also issue a copy to the other chief military officers. Show the north side of the town of military attention to the characteristics. The second is the issuance of the chief military officer, including Datong General military Officer, Liaodong General military Officer, Xuanfu General military Officer, Gansu General military Officer, Ningxia General military Officer, the newly cast Krupp General India and the Zhenshuo General Seal. Thirdly, the inspectors and readjustments of the northern army town, in order to solve the internal contradiction of Datong Town's senior leading group, will be transferred from Shen Qing to settle the internal contradiction of Datong Town's senior leadership group, and the general inspector and the general officer of the guards along the border will be carried out with the matter of hundred households of Guanning Qiantun Mountain, Kwarizawa Mountain and Baolin. It is important to send key personnel to the Bian Jun town to deal with military aircraft documents and ensure the smooth flow of information. Ming Renzong's life experience is the fundamental reason that he can attach importance to the north defense and strengthen the adjustment and rectification of the northern army town.
