【摘要】：古今學(xué)者通常認(rèn)為,官品制自曹魏創(chuàng)立之初就是一項(xiàng)官階制。有學(xué)者則提出,官品在魏晉宋齊是官才的等級(jí)而不是官階。這一觀點(diǎn)受到學(xué)者的質(zhì)疑。詳加考察,曹魏時(shí)的官品的確不是官階,因?yàn)椴芪汗倨放c漢代的官階祿秩高低錯(cuò)亂、難以對(duì)應(yīng);曹魏時(shí)用作官階的基本是祿秩,而官品用作官階的事例則沒有見到一個(gè);官職遷轉(zhuǎn)的次序與官品高低難以吻合,特別是有時(shí)官職升遷而官品則降低,即官職遷轉(zhuǎn)并不依據(jù)官品的高低。曹魏時(shí)的官品是官才,因?yàn)槭咳藳]有鄉(xiāng)品就沒有資格擔(dān)任官職,鄉(xiāng)品升降官品隨之升降,官品的次序與官職遷轉(zhuǎn)的官階即官班的次序高低懸殊。
[Abstract]:Ancient and modern scholars generally believe that the official product system since the establishment of Cao Wei is an official system. Some scholars put forward that official products in Wei, Jin, Song and Qi dynasties are the rank of officials, not the rank of officials. This view is questioned by scholars. After careful investigation, the official products of the Cao Wei Dynasty are not the official rank, because the rank of the official rank of the Cao Wei Dynasty and the rank of the official rank of the Han Dynasty are not high and low, so it is difficult to correspond with the rank of the official rank in the Han Dynasty, but the example of the official product used as the rank of the official in the Cao Wei Dynasty is basically the rank of Lu. The order of transfer of official posts is difficult to match with the level of official goods, especially sometimes the promotion of official posts and the decrease of official goods, that is, the transfer of official posts does not depend on the level of official goods. The official products of the Cao Wei Dynasty were officials, because the scholars did not have the township articles, they were not qualified to hold official posts, and the local products rose and went up and down, and the order of the official products was very different from that of the official ranks transferred from the official posts to the rank of the official classes.
