烏魯木齊都統(tǒng)和瑛宦績新考——以中國第一歷史檔案館館藏檔案為依據(jù)

【摘要】：烏魯木齊都統(tǒng)和瑛對達楷貪腐案及烏魯木齊屯田、邊防的處置,為清政府治理西域作出了重大貢獻。但傳統(tǒng)的清代史料對此并沒有詳細記述,而檔案資料卻保存了諸多相關文獻。文章通過對中國第一歷史檔案館中一些稀見文獻的爬梳,對和瑛西域宦績作出了新的考證。
[Abstract]:Urumqi du Tong and Ying made great contributions to the governance of Western region by the disposition of Urumqi's embezzlement case and Urumqi's opening of farmland and frontier defense. But the traditional historical materials of Qing Dynasty did not record this in detail, but the archives kept many related documents. This paper makes a new textual research on the eunuch achievements of Heying in the Western region through the crawling of some rare documents in the first Historical Archives of China.
