從檔案看清朝中晚期江西宗族社會(huì)的嬗變——以吉安府龍泉縣為例

【摘要】:清朝嘉慶之后,隨著社會(huì)的變遷,江西宗族社會(huì)狀況趨于復(fù)雜。一方面,地方百姓的日常生活、人際交往等方方面面都離不開宗族,宗族給族人的生存與生活提供了強(qiáng)大的保障;另一方面,國(guó)家主觀上維護(hù)著宗族宗法并以法律的形式使其確定下來,地方宗族對(duì)國(guó)家而言還在賦稅收繳和消弭革命上有著重要的作用。同時(shí),傳統(tǒng)禮法對(duì)已經(jīng)發(fā)生變化的現(xiàn)實(shí)利益讓位。一方面,對(duì)資源的爭(zhēng)奪已經(jīng)不局限于宗族與宗族之間,宗族內(nèi)部各核心家庭也在相互爭(zhēng)奪;另一方面,教育水平衰落導(dǎo)致教化能力下降,使得禮在利面前變得越來越無足輕重。這雖然不會(huì)立即改變社會(huì)秩序,但卻為之埋下了動(dòng)蕩的隱患。
[Abstract]:After Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty, with the change of society, the social situation of Jiangxi clans tended to be complicated. On the one hand, the daily life of the local people, interpersonal interaction and other aspects are inseparable from the clan, clan for the survival and life of the people to provide a strong guarantee; on the other hand, The state maintains the clan system subjectively and determines it in the form of law. The local clan also plays an important role in tax collection and elimination of revolution for the country. At the same time, the traditional etiquette law has changed the real interests. On the one hand, the competition for resources is not limited to clan and clan, the nuclear families of clan are competing with each other; on the other hand, the decline of education level leads to the decline of educational ability, which makes etiquette become more and more insignificant in the face of profit. This, while not immediately changing social order, but for which the hidden dangers of instability.
