【摘要】： 公元10—13世紀(jì)是中國境內(nèi)各民族、各政權(quán)間交流和碰撞的重要時(shí)期。在這一時(shí)期,各政權(quán)間聘使往來頻繁,比較完備的外交制度逐步形成。其中,對精英群體的外交活動進(jìn)行研究有利于更好地把握當(dāng)時(shí)的外交關(guān)系。 本文將兩宋翰林學(xué)士出任外交使節(jié)作為研究對象,以史料為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對兩宋翰林學(xué)士出任外交使節(jié)的時(shí)代背景、出使政權(quán)和人員、出使制度、對外交關(guān)系的影響等問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理和論述,以期加深對兩宋翰林學(xué)士文化、外交功能的認(rèn)識和對當(dāng)時(shí)外交關(guān)系的理解。 本文正文由四部分組成:第一,兩宋翰林學(xué)士及其職能,這有助于全面認(rèn)識翰林學(xué)士群體;第二,兩宋翰林學(xué)士出任外交使節(jié)的宏觀論述,這既包括對當(dāng)時(shí)出使背景的論述,也有以史料為基礎(chǔ)的對出使政權(quán)和人員的統(tǒng)計(jì),以及逐步形成的出使制度;第三,論述出任外交使節(jié)的翰林學(xué)士的出使任務(wù)及交涉過程、出使中所受到的待遇,透過這些具體的活動可以挖掘出宋代對外關(guān)系中的一些特征;第四,對兩宋翰林學(xué)士出使的相關(guān)問題,如出使人員的素質(zhì)和地域、出使中對國內(nèi)民生的關(guān)注、作為文化精英的文學(xué)創(chuàng)作,出使心態(tài)等進(jìn)行分析,以使本問題的研究更趨具體和充分。這不僅可以為我們更好地研究當(dāng)時(shí)的歷史提供一個(gè)好的視角,同時(shí)對于當(dāng)今中國在復(fù)雜的國際社會中如何有效地運(yùn)用外交來提高國際地位,也將有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The 10-13 th century AD was an important period for the exchange and collision of various nationalities and regimes in China. During this period, various political regimes engaged frequent exchanges, relatively complete diplomatic system gradually formed. Among them, the study of the diplomatic activities of elite groups is conducive to a better understanding of diplomatic relations at that time. This article regards the academician of the Song Dynasty as the diplomatic envoy as the object of study, regarding the historical data as the starting point, the background of the two Song Dynasty Hanlin as the diplomatic envoy, the system of sending the political power and personnel, and the system of the emissary. The influence of diplomatic relations and other issues were systematically combed and discussed in order to deepen the understanding of the culture, diplomatic function and understanding of the diplomatic relations of Han Lin in the two Song dynasties. This text is composed of four parts: first, the two Song Dynasty Hanlin Bachelor and its function, which is helpful to understand the Han Lin Bachelor group; second, the two Song Dynasty Hanlin Bachelor's macroscopic exposition as diplomatic envoy, which includes the exposition on the background of the envoy at that time. There are also statistics on the political power and personnel of emissaries based on historical data, as well as the gradually formed system of emissaries. Third, it discusses the mission and negotiation process of the academicians who serve as diplomatic envoys, and the treatment they receive during their missions. Through these specific activities, we can excavate some characteristics of the Song Dynasty's foreign relations. Fourthly, we can pay close attention to the domestic people's livelihood during the Song Dynasty, such as the quality and the region of the envoys, and the related issues concerning the missions of the academicians of the two Song dynasties. As a cultural elite, literary creation, emissary mentality and so on are analyzed in order to make the study of this issue more concrete and sufficient. This can not only provide a good perspective for us to study the history of that time, but also can be used for reference for China how to effectively use diplomacy to improve its international status in the complex international society.
