【摘要】：分封制是秦人立國(guó)的制度基礎(chǔ),對(duì)秦國(guó)的政制發(fā)展有制約作用。商鞅變法時(shí)的秦爵制并未突破"天子—諸侯"的基本政治框架,是其制約作用的重要體現(xiàn)。隨著秦惠文君稱"王",秦國(guó)開始效仿周天子分封諸侯的模式,陸續(xù)在本國(guó)內(nèi)分封大量君、侯。伴隨著秦國(guó)君主集權(quán)的發(fā)展,君、侯的受封對(duì)象大體呈現(xiàn)宗室、外戚、異姓功臣迭興的態(tài)勢(shì)。而每一類分封對(duì)象在其初期皆對(duì)君主集權(quán)發(fā)揮了積極作用,有的分封甚至可以視為對(duì)秦統(tǒng)一路徑的探索。秦始皇將侯爵析為兩等,分封徹底名號(hào)化,后來(lái)他力排眾議,不行封建,應(yīng)當(dāng)與抑制封建的一貫思路有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The partition system is the foundation of the Qin people's establishment of the country, which restricts the development of Qin's political system. The Qin Jue system in Shang Yang's reform did not break through the basic political frame of "the Emperor and the princes", and it was an important embodiment of its restrictive function. With the Qin Huiwen King called "king," Qin began to emulate the Zhou emperor sealed princes model, one after another in the country sealed a large number of monarchs, Hou. With the development of the centralization of the monarch of Qin Dynasty, the subject of monarch and Hou appeared the situation of clan, foreign relatives and different meritorious officials. At the beginning of this period, each kind of sealed objects played a positive role in the monarch's centralization of power, and some of them could even be regarded as the exploration of the unified path of Qin Dynasty. Qin Shihuang divided the Marquis into two classes and gave the Marquis a complete name. Later, he ruled out feudalism, which should have something to do with the idea of suppressing feudalism.
