【摘要】：苗族支系蒙人在世界范圍內(nèi)的遷徙流散,考其根源,與清代早期的國家疆域建構(gòu)不無關(guān)系。在17-18世紀(jì)的清代,中央政府實際控制的疆域成倍增長,既是此時期清王朝面對西方殖民勢力擴張所做的應(yīng)激式反映,也是清王朝對南方尤其是西南地區(qū)非漢族群實施中國化的結(jié)果。在對西南邊疆族群推行中國化的過程中,武力征伐與文化教化成為清政府同時使用的策略。武力征服手段主要針對湘黔交界地區(qū)從未被教化過的"生苗",直接導(dǎo)致后來該區(qū)域兩次大的"苗亂"發(fā)生。"苗亂"被清政府鎮(zhèn)壓后,湘黔苗疆的部分苗族向更西部的廣西西北部與云南東南部遷徙。他們的到來,迫使早先居住在此地的苗族另一支系蒙人越過中越、中老邊界,向越南與老撾北部地區(qū)遷徙并定居,開啟18世紀(jì)以來苗族支系蒙人國際遷徙流散之先聲。
[Abstract]:The migration and dispersal of Mongols of Miao ethnic group in the world is related to the construction of national territory in the early Qing Dynasty. In the 17-18 th century, the territory actually controlled by the central government increased exponentially, which was the stress response of the Qing Dynasty to the expansion of Western colonial power during this period. It was also the result of the Qing Dynasty's localization of the Han nationality in the south, especially in the southwest. In the process of promoting the nationalization of the ethnic groups in the southwestern frontier areas, the strategy of military recruitment and cultural education was used simultaneously by the Qing government. The means of conquest by force were mainly aimed at the "growing seedlings" which had never been cultivated in the border areas of Hunan and Guizhou, which directly led to the occurrence of two major "Miao chaos" in the region. After being suppressed by the Qing government, some Miao people of Hunan and Guizhou moved to northwest Guangxi and southeastern Yunnan. Their arrival forced the Mongols of the Hmong ethnic group who had previously lived here to migrate and settle down to Vietnam and northern Laos across the Sino-Vietnamese and Sino-Lao borders, beginning with the international migration of the Mongols of the Hmong branch since the 18th century.
