【摘要】：宋代的文書通信系統(tǒng)是指以遞鋪系統(tǒng)為主體建構(gòu)的一整套文書郵遞和傳播系統(tǒng)。西南區(qū)域作為趙宋王朝的重要部分，，宋廷為謀求對區(qū)域內(nèi)基層社會信息流動的充分掌控，大力建構(gòu)該區(qū)域的文書通信系統(tǒng)。整體看，宋代本區(qū)域建構(gòu)了一個由陸路文書通信子系統(tǒng)和水路文書通信子系統(tǒng)組成的文書通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)，其中陸路子系統(tǒng)有四條干線，即邕-桂通京師線、宜-觀通京師線、成都北通陜府線和綿州-梓州線；水路子系統(tǒng)有三條干線，即川峽大江線、嘉陵江水道線和湘江水道線。該文書通信系統(tǒng)既具備有宋一代文書通信系統(tǒng)的一般特征，同時亦具有自身的些許殊別，整體上呈現(xiàn)出“啞鈴形狀”。 具體來看，宋代西南區(qū)域的文書通信系統(tǒng)在時間維度上的分布較為分散，即該系統(tǒng)與前、后代的通信系統(tǒng)之間均有較強(qiáng)的繼承性和連續(xù)性；當(dāng)然，內(nèi)部也存有些許的差異性。從空間維度上看，首先水路文書通信組織占有較高的比重；其次，其在州際間的空間分布較為分散；再次，從路級區(qū)域看，其路際間的空間分布則表現(xiàn)出一種相對的集中性。這種分布態(tài)勢，既是宋代西南區(qū)域社會的一種反映，同時也是文書通信系統(tǒng)本身高效運(yùn)作的一種需求。 然而，任何一個文書通信系統(tǒng)在日常的運(yùn)作之中都會存有一定的問題。宋代西南區(qū)域的文書通信系統(tǒng)亦不例外。延至北宋中后期，其也逐漸趨于紊亂。歷朝均多方措置整飭，以圖重整該系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)作。但是，自孝宗朝以后，本區(qū)域的文書通信系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)走在了崩潰的邊緣；到寧宗朝，其已基本上不能稱之為通信系統(tǒng)了，僅部分在勉強(qiáng)維持運(yùn)作。理宗朝以后，作為一個滿足全區(qū)域正常文書通信需求的規(guī)模性文書通信系統(tǒng)可以說其已基本瓦解，勉強(qiáng)維持部分亦斷續(xù)不明；當(dāng)然，到蒙（元）勢力大舉進(jìn)入本區(qū)域后，僅余的勉強(qiáng)維持部分也蕩然無存。 宋代西南區(qū)域文書通信系統(tǒng)的長時期存在和持續(xù)運(yùn)作，一定程度上講其不僅僅滿足了快速實現(xiàn)軍政信息的上傳與下達(dá)；而且藉借著一個個的文書通信組織，其業(yè)已鏈接成為一個遍及社會每一角落的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)，由此促成了各類信息在全社會范圍的流通。同時，該系統(tǒng)的大量通信組織廣布區(qū)域內(nèi)的各主要交通和通信沿線，這本身即對地方社會的治安狀況有所影響。加之相配套的系列制度架設(shè)，故而該文書通信系統(tǒng)對地方社會治安的改善亦存有一定的功用。
[Abstract]:The communication system of documents in Song Dynasty refers to a whole set of documents delivery and communication system. As an important part of the Zhao and Song dynasties, the Song Dynasty made great efforts to construct the correspondence system in order to fully control the flow of social information at the grass-roots level in the region. On the whole, in Song Dynasty, a communication network composed of land document communication subsystem and waterway document communication subsystem was constructed, in which there were four main lines, namely Yong Guitong Beijing Shi Line and Yi Guan Tong Beijing Shi Line. There are three main lines in the waterway subsystem, that is, the big river line of Sichuan Gorge, the channel line of Jialing River and the line of Xiangjiang River. The communication system not only has the general characteristics of the communication system of the Song Dynasty, but also has some differences of its own, showing the "dumbbell shape" on the whole. Specifically, the distribution of the communication system in the southwest of Song Dynasty in the time dimension is more scattered, that is, there is strong inheritance and continuity between the system and the communication system of the former and future generations; of course, there are some differences within the system. From the perspective of spatial dimension, firstly, the communication organization of waterway documents occupies a higher proportion; secondly, its spatial distribution in the interstate is more dispersed; thirdly, from the view of the road area, the spatial distribution between the waterways shows a relative centrality. This distribution situation is not only a reflection of the southwest regional society in the Song Dynasty, but also a demand for the efficient operation of the communication system itself. However, any paper communication system in the daily operation will have certain problems. The paper communication system in the southwest of Song Dynasty is no exception. Extended to the middle and late Northern Song Dynasty, it also gradually tended to disorder. In order to restructure the normal operation of the system. However, since the Xiaozong dynasty, the paper communication system in the region has been on the verge of collapse; by the Ningzong dynasty, it has basically been unable to be called a communication system, and only partly managed to maintain its operation. After the Rizong dynasty, as a large-scale correspondence system to meet the normal correspondence needs of the whole region, it can be said that the system has basically collapsed and barely maintained part of it. Of course, after the Mongolian (Yuan) forces entered the region on a large scale, The rest of the barely sustained part is gone. The long existence and continuous operation of the southwest regional document communication system in the Song Dynasty, to some extent, not only satisfied the rapid realization of the uploading and issuing of military and political information, but also by means of one by one correspondence organization. It has been linked to a network of information all over the society, which has contributed to the circulation of all kinds of information in the whole society. At the same time, a large number of communications organizations in the system spread the main traffic and communication along the region, which in itself has an impact on the security situation of the local society. In addition, the correspondence system has some function to the improvement of local social order.
