【摘要】：清代中越宗藩關(guān)系確立以后,越南遣使如清便成常例。在長達(dá)200余年的對清朝貢的實際運作中,基于燕行使臣在維系中越邦交關(guān)系中的特殊作用,所以歷代越南王朝都極為重視如清使臣的選拔。每屆使部的遴選,成為其國家政治生活中的一件大事,所有人選均須經(jīng)過才識與言辭的嚴(yán)格考量,其最終的入選者亦必然是同時兼?zhèn)淅系赖耐饨患记珊蜕詈袢鍖W(xué)修養(yǎng)的越南國家精英,堪稱一時極選。而作為如清朝貢的踐行者,燕臺專對的越南使臣無疑直接關(guān)涉兩國關(guān)系的大局,為保障中越宗藩秩序的正常運轉(zhuǎn),越南王朝也在其使臣燕行往返的朝貢實踐中,形成了一套系統(tǒng)規(guī)范的選拔和管理制度。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of the Suzerain-vassal relationship between China and Vietnam in the Qing Dynasty, Vietnam made it a regular practice. In the actual operation of paying tribute to the Qing Dynasty for more than 200 years, based on the special role of Yan and Chen in maintaining the diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam, the successive dynasties of Vietnam all attached great importance to the selection of envoys of the Qing Dynasty. The selection of each ministry has become a major event in the political life of the country, and all elections are subject to careful consideration of talent and words. Its ultimate candidate must also be the Vietnamese national elite with both diplomatic skills and profound Confucian culture. As the practitioners of the tributary of the Qing Dynasty, the Vietnamese emissaries who Yan Tai specializes in are undoubtedly directly concerned with the overall situation of the relations between the two countries. In order to ensure the normal operation of the Sino-Vietnamese Suzerain-vassal order, the Vietnamese Dynasty has also been involved in the tributary practice of the official Yan's excursion. Formed a system of standardized selection and management system.
