【摘要】:1247年,薩迦班智達(dá)·貢噶堅(jiān)贊(1182-1251)與蒙古窩闊臺(tái)汗之子闊端(1206-1251)在今武威舉行了具有偉大歷史意義的涼州會(huì)談,在取得一致意見之后,薩班寫了一封致西藏各地領(lǐng)主的公開信,即著名的薩迦班智達(dá)《致蕃人書》,號(hào)召西藏地方僧俗領(lǐng)主歸順蒙古勢(shì)力,為元代中央政府順利實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)西藏地方的有效管轄和治理奠定了基礎(chǔ)。1254年,忽必烈頒賜給八思巴一件"藏文詔書",即著名的《優(yōu)禮僧人詔書》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"詔書"),進(jìn)一步密切了蒙古勢(shì)力與西藏地方的政治聯(lián)系,為實(shí)現(xiàn)元代中央政府對(duì)西藏地方的有效管轄和治理起到了重要的推動(dòng)作用。"書信"與"詔書"一脈相承,關(guān)聯(lián)互動(dòng),順應(yīng)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一之大勢(shì),順應(yīng)安居樂業(yè)之民心,共同為實(shí)現(xiàn)和維護(hù)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一發(fā)揮了重要作用,而且推動(dòng)形成了元代中央政府的治藏策略,推進(jìn)了蒙藏民族關(guān)系發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了藏族與我國(guó)其他民族的交往交流交融,推動(dòng)形成了藏傳佛教愛國(guó)主義的光榮傳統(tǒng),深刻反映了中華民族同呼吸、共患難謀求和維護(hù)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一的歷史淵源和強(qiáng)烈情感,也深刻反映了中華民族凝心聚力、矢志不移謀求和推進(jìn)祖國(guó)興旺的愛國(guó)情懷和自強(qiáng)意志。
[Abstract]:In 1247, Sakya Banzhida Gonggadzan 1182-1251) held a great historic Liangzhou meeting with the son of Mongolians and Khan, 1206-1251).
