宋代賞賜高年政策述論

【摘要】:宋代朝廷賞賜高年的年齡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)因身份不同而有所差異,從七十歲到百歲不等。賞賜內(nèi)容豐富多變,不僅有粟帛、米麥、錢幣,還有官爵、章服、師號(hào)、封號(hào)等。安放先帝御容、南郊禮、明堂禮及慶壽禮是宋代賞賜高年的主要時(shí)機(jī)。宋代賞賜高年政策在實(shí)踐中得到較好貫徹,但也存在虛報(bào)年齡、地方州縣奉行不力、城鄉(xiāng)失衡等弊病。盡管宋代賞賜高年政策已呈現(xiàn)出明顯的制度化趨勢(shì),但能夠享受到賞賜的人數(shù)仍十分有限,并不能從根本上保障高年老人的晚年生活。不過,它有助于尊老、養(yǎng)老社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的形成和傳播,有利于維持社會(huì)倫理秩序與政治秩序的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The age standards of the Song Dynasty were different, ranging from 70 to 100 years of age. Bounty of content, not only millet, rice and wheat, coins, as well as official viscount, Zhang uniform, division, title, and so on. The first imperial appearance, the southern suburb ceremony, the Ming Tang ceremony and the birthday ceremony were the main opportunities for the Song Dynasty to reward the senior year. The reward policy of Song Dynasty is well carried out in practice, but there are also shortcomings such as false reporting of age, weak practice of local states and counties, imbalance between urban and rural areas, etc. Although the policy of reward for senior years in the Song Dynasty has shown an obvious trend of institutionalization, the number of people who can enjoy the reward is still very limited, and it cannot guarantee the old people's life in old age fundamentally. However, it is conducive to respect for the elderly, the formation and dissemination of social atmosphere, and to maintain the stability of social ethics and political order.
