【摘要】：春秋時(shí)期，隨著周王室的衰落，分封制逐漸瓦解，社會形態(tài)開始發(fā)生改變，原有的官民關(guān)系被打破，，社會急需建立一種新式的官民關(guān)系，諸多思想流派為此提出了許多見解，其中尤以儒、法兩家影響最大。儒家提出了以道德為核心的官民關(guān)系思想，強(qiáng)調(diào)內(nèi)在的自我約束，期望建構(gòu)起官愛民、民愛管的官民互愛體系。法家則提出了以利益為核心的官民關(guān)系思想，強(qiáng)調(diào)外界的利益交換，期望建構(gòu)起官民互相利用監(jiān)督的利益共享體系。春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期形成的官民關(guān)系思想對于中國古代社會政治的發(fā)展，尤其是對秦漢時(shí)期官僚體制和社會組織的建立有著極大的影響。 本文分為三大部分，即：緒論、正文和總結(jié)。 緒論主要闡述了本課題的研究概況、研究方法與思路和研究范圍。 正文分為四章： 第一章主要介紹了春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期出現(xiàn)新式官民關(guān)系思想的背景，分封制瓦解，世官制消亡，私學(xué)興盛，各諸侯國在激烈的競爭中急需建立起有效的社會管理體系促使新式官民關(guān)系思想出現(xiàn)。第二章以儒家的官民關(guān)系思想為核心，以“道德”為主線探討儒家提出的官民互愛體系。第三章以法家的官民關(guān)系思想為核心，以“利益”為主線探討法家提出的官民互相監(jiān)督利用的利益共享體系。第四章則是闡述了春秋戰(zhàn)國時(shí)期官民關(guān)系思想對于后世的影響。 總結(jié)是對本文作了總結(jié)性的敘述。
[Abstract]:During the Spring and Autumn period, with the decline of the Zhou royal family, the system of partition and seal gradually disintegrated, the social form began to change, the original relationship between the officials and the people was broken, and the society urgently needed to establish a new relationship between the officials and the people. Many schools of thought put forward a lot of opinions for this reason. Among them, Confucianism and Dharma have the greatest influence. The Confucianists put forward the thought of the relationship between the government and the people with the core of morality, emphasized the internal self-restraint, and expected to construct the system of mutual love between the government and the people. The Legalists put forward the idea of the relationship between the government and the people with interest as the core, emphasized the exchange of interests outside, and expected to construct a system of benefit sharing in which the government and the people could use each other and supervise each other. The thought of the relationship between the officials and the people formed during the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period had a great influence on the development of Chinese ancient society and politics, especially on the establishment of the bureaucracy and social organization in the Qin and Han dynasties. This article is divided into three parts, namely: introduction, text and summary. The introduction mainly describes the research situation, research methods, ideas and research scope of this subject. The text is divided into four chapters: The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the new thought of the relationship between the officials and the people in the Spring and Autumn and warring States period, the disintegration of the sub-seal system, the demise of the official system of the world, and the prosperity of private education. In the fierce competition, it is urgent to establish an effective social management system to promote the emergence of a new concept of the relationship between the government and the people. The second chapter focuses on the Confucian thought of the relationship between the government and the people, and probes into the system of mutual love between the government and the people put forward by the Confucianists. The third chapter focuses on the thought of the relationship between the officials and the people of the Legalists, and probes into the system of mutual supervision and utilization of the interests put forward by the Legalists. The fourth chapter expounds the influence of the relationship between the government and the people in the Spring and Autumn and warring States period. The summary is a summary of this paper.
