【摘要】：刑科題本中包含雞奸情節(jié)的案件,系清代法律文本對于男風(fēng)的表述。案件當(dāng)事人的口供信息,可以作為量化研究的數(shù)據(jù)。分析可知清代好男風(fēng)者追逐男風(fēng)的"活躍年齡"大致在30—36歲之間,追逐對象則是17歲左右的青少年男性,雙方年齡差約為15歲。三項數(shù)據(jù)大致反映了清代男風(fēng)的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)特點。部分好男風(fēng)者更為偏好年幼男性。決定好男風(fēng)者的性要求是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的一個關(guān)鍵因素是被動者的年齡。
[Abstract]:The case of sodomy included in the title book of criminal science is the expression of masculine style in the legal text of Qing Dynasty. The information of the statement of the party involved in the case can be used as the data of the quantitative study. According to the analysis, the "active age" of pursuing male wind in Qing Dynasty was about 30-36 years old, and the pursuit was about 17 years old, and the difference between them was about 15 years old. The three data roughly reflect the characteristics of the age structure of male style in Qing Dynasty. Some good men prefer younger men. The age of the passive is a key factor in determining whether or not the sexual requirements of a good male can be fulfilled.
