【摘要】：《鹽法條例》一書,由兩淮巡鹽御史許三省編纂,成書于萬歷三年(1575),刊刻于萬歷四年。此書流傳甚罕,古今藏書目錄絕少著錄�！尔}法條例》共二十二卷,現(xiàn)存卷十一、十二兩卷,主要收錄了嘉靖十二年至十五年(1533—1536)諸位巡鹽御史的奏疏和戶部的回應(yīng)。這些奏疏,大多不見他書收錄,故而此書在版本、校勘、輯佚等方面價(jià)值頗高。這些鹽務(wù)官員的奏疏和戶部的回應(yīng),不僅反映了當(dāng)時(shí)鹽業(yè)生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸、銷售諸環(huán)節(jié)中出現(xiàn)的突出問題,并且可以從中了解到各級(jí)官員提出的解決問題的辦法�！尔}法條例》所記載的史實(shí),既是經(jīng)濟(jì)問題,也是政治問題。
[Abstract]:"Salt Law regulations" a book compiled by the Lianghuai inspection of salt Shi Xu three provinces, the book in three years of Wanli 1575, printed in Wanli four years. This book is very rare, ancient and modern bibliographies are rarely catalogued. "Salt Law regulations" a total of 22 volumes, the existing volume 11, 12 volumes, mainly collected Jiajing 12 to 15 years of 1533-1536) you tour the history of salt and the response of the Department. Most of these books are not included in other books, so this book is of great value in edition, collation, collection and so on. The response of these salt officials and the Ministry of Household Affairs not only reflected the prominent problems in the production, transportation and sale of salt at that time, The historical facts recorded in the Salt Law regulations are not only economic problems but also political problems.
