【摘要】：民族關(guān)系研究,一直是歷史研究中的重要課題,具體到東漢史上漢羌關(guān)系的深入研究,能夠更好地總結(jié)羌族的發(fā)展歷程、東漢帝國(guó)對(duì)西北少數(shù)民族政策之演變及其造成的影響、少數(shù)民族與漢族的斗爭(zhēng)與融合等等。因此本文擬在探究東漢羌禍不斷的歷史原因、對(duì)羌采取的各種政策、以及羌人數(shù)次大起義對(duì)東漢政權(quán)相互間產(chǎn)生的影響等各個(gè)方面,做進(jìn)一步的研究。 本文梳理了羌人在秦漢時(shí)期的族源和發(fā)展,詳細(xì)闡述分析了東漢時(shí)代各個(gè)時(shí)期的漢羌關(guān)系及其特點(diǎn),尤其是對(duì)數(shù)次重大的戰(zhàn)役,進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的敘述和歸納,以便能夠得到宏觀上的總體把握。同時(shí)對(duì)東漢漢羌關(guān)系的狀態(tài)、惡化原因、產(chǎn)生的影響等各個(gè)方面做了提煉和總結(jié),在總結(jié)漢羌間矛盾尖銳、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)頻繁的原因及影響上,對(duì)當(dāng)今多民族統(tǒng)一國(guó)家下的民族關(guān)系處理,仍具一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 對(duì)于漢羌關(guān)系間的種種看法和結(jié)論,古今都存在著一些片面性,有的沒有考慮到羌作為一個(gè)民族所必須得到的生存保障,有的沒有考慮到漢羌關(guān)系所處的時(shí)代背景,多以當(dāng)時(shí)人的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)衡量古人。因而本文對(duì)此作了一些辨析,對(duì)東漢治羌的方式方法提出了自己的觀點(diǎn),認(rèn)為東漢時(shí)期應(yīng)當(dāng)別有更為和緩的‘安撫’政策可以施行,只因漢朝統(tǒng)治者的目光短淺而未能實(shí)現(xiàn)。而東漢時(shí)代漢羌關(guān)系發(fā)展到極度惡化的狀況同時(shí)也是歷史的必然,是當(dāng)時(shí)不得不走的一條“羊腸小道”,是民族融合和發(fā)展過程中血與火的考驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The study of ethnic relations has always been an important subject in historical research. The in-depth study of Han and Qiang relations in the history of the Eastern Han Dynasty can better sum up the development of the Qiang nationality, the evolution of the policies of the Eastern Han Empire on the northwest ethnic minorities and its impact.The struggle and integration between ethnic minorities and Han nationality.Therefore, this paper intends to make further research on the historical reasons of the Qiang disaster in the Eastern Han Dynasty, the various policies adopted by the Qiang people, and the influence of several great uprisings of the Qiang people on each other in the Eastern Han Dynasty.This paper reviews the origin and development of the Qiang people in the Qin and Han dynasties, and analyzes in detail the Han Qiang relations and their characteristics in each period of the Eastern Han Dynasty.In order to get a macro overall grasp.At the same time, the paper abstracts and summarizes the state of the relations between the Eastern Han and Qiang dynasties, the causes of the deterioration, the influence and so on, in summing up the causes and effects of the sharp contradictions between the Han and Qiang dynasties and the frequent wars.It is still of practical significance to deal with the ethnic relations under the multi-national unified state.There are some one-sided views and conclusions on the relationship between Han and Qiang, some of which do not take into account the guarantee of survival that Qiang must have as a nation, and some do not take into account the background of the era in which the relationship between Han and Qiang is situated.The ancients were often measured by the standards of the people of that time.Therefore, this paper makes some discriminations on this, and puts forward its own viewpoint on the ways and means of governing Qiang in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and holds that there should be a more gentle 'pacification' policy in the Eastern Han Dynasty, which can be carried out only because of the short-sighted vision of the rulers of the Han Dynasty.The development of Han Qiang relationship in the Eastern Han Dynasty was also a historical necessity, which was the test of blood and fire in the process of national integration and development.
