【摘要】：正從歷史的角度來看,曾經(jīng)約定不殺大臣的宋朝,開160余年之先河,以"莫須有"的罪名冤殺了岳飛。到了明代,崇禎帝再次冤殺袁崇煥。這兩次領導悲劇不僅使民族背負了屈辱,冤案的制造者本人同樣以害人不利己乃至害人更害己的結(jié)果得到了報應。因此,探究這類領導悲劇的成因,方能在未來避免類似的悲劇。下面主要以岳飛、袁崇煥被冤殺的歷史事實來加以詮釋。一、宋高宗殺岳飛的三大緣由:保自己的皇位,拿岳飛做交易,順應內(nèi)斗要求
[Abstract]:From a historical point of view, the Song Dynasty, which had agreed not to kill ministers, was the first to kill Yue Fei for more than 160 years. Emperor Chongzhen killed Yuan Chonghuan again. These two tragedies of leadership not only saddled the nation with humiliation, but also resulted in the retribution of the perpetrators themselves for harming others, not for themselves, or even for harming themselves more. Therefore, explore the causes of such tragedies of leadership. Only in the future can we avoid similar tragedies. The following is mainly explained by the historical fact that Yue Fei and yuan Chonghuan were unjustly killed. First, the three major reasons why song Gao zong killed Yue Fei: to protect his throne, to trade with Yue Fei, and to comply with the requirements of infighting
