【摘要】:在討論和評(píng)價(jià)孔、孟思想之際應(yīng)該將相關(guān)言說進(jìn)行認(rèn)真辨析的基礎(chǔ)上努力把握其原本含義,然后將其置入具體語境以及歷史背景中加以理解,否則容易產(chǎn)生"隔閡膚廓之論";谶@樣的原則和方法對(duì)孔孟所謂"親親相隱"思想進(jìn)行分析之后不難發(fā)現(xiàn),孔子所謂"父為子隱、子為父隱"系在實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上并著眼于從根本上解決問題而總結(jié)出來的思想。正因?yàn)槿绱?它與孟子有關(guān)舜"竊負(fù)而逃"的言說一樣,很可能并不違背春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)的相關(guān)制度,故而不存在所謂徇情枉法的問題。
[Abstract]:On the basis of discussing and evaluating, Meng thought should try hard to grasp its original meaning on the basis of serious discrimination and analysis, and then put it into the concrete context and historical background to understand it. Otherwise, it is easy to produce a "theory of the skin profile of estrangement." based on such principles and methods, it is not difficult to find that Confucius's so-called "father is hidden for his son" after an analysis of Confucius's thought of "closeness between relatives and relatives." It is based on practice and aims at solving problems fundamentally. Because of this, like Mencius' statement about Shun's "stealing and escaping", it probably does not violate the relevant system of the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period. So there is no question of bending the law for favoritism.
