【摘要】："齊政修教"是明清時(shí)期中央政府治理土司地區(qū)的一種方略。其中,"齊政"作為國家治理土司地區(qū)的目標(biāo),主要體現(xiàn)在土司地區(qū)與經(jīng)制州縣政務(wù)的"齊政"和土司地區(qū)的土司相關(guān)制度"齊政"。"修教"是國家治理土司地區(qū)的舉措,具體有二:一是土司地區(qū)建立多種學(xué)校,二是強(qiáng)制土司及子弟入學(xué)讀書。"修教"的績效十分顯著:不僅加速了主流價(jià)值在土司地區(qū)的廣泛傳播,改變了土司地區(qū)民眾的習(xí)俗,而且維護(hù)了土司地區(qū)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,促進(jìn)了改土歸流在土司地區(qū)的順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:"Qi Zheng Xiu Jiao" is a general plan for the central government to govern the Tusi area during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Among them, "Qi Zheng" was regarded as the goal of the country to govern the Tusi region. It is mainly reflected in "Qi Zheng" in the Tusi region and in the administrative affairs of the county of Jingzhi Prefecture, and in the relevant system of the toast region "Qi Zheng." the "religious training" is a national measure to govern the toast area. There are two specific measures: first, the Tusi region establishes a variety of schools, and the other is the establishment of a variety of schools in the Tusi region. Second, compulsory access to tux and their children. The performance of "teaching and learning" was very remarkable: it not only accelerated the widespread spread of mainstream values in the region of toast, changed the customs of the people in the region of toast, but also maintained the social stability of the region of toast. It has promoted the smooth implementation of the improved soil return flow in the Tusi area.
