【摘要】：雍正年間,在南海開洋之后短短的幾年間,楊文乾、祖秉圭的相繼倒臺,以譚康官為代表的十三行行商的爭論與抗爭,被外國學者認為“早期發(fā)生在行商譚康官和壽官之間的論戰(zhàn)更為清楚地表述出來,正是這次論戰(zhàn)產(chǎn)生了許多的貿(mào)易混亂。”于外商看來似乎是一種“混亂”,而事實上,是為確保開海,確保為開海建立正常的經(jīng)濟秩序;尤其是如何通過規(guī)則的制訂,為開海舉措保駕而發(fā)生的一系列相當嚴峻的、具有原則性及前瞻性的斗爭。而取消加一征收則進一步證明朝廷區(qū)別“朝貢”與“通市”,為推動國際貿(mào)易而做出優(yōu)惠稅利的努力,使朝貢體制向市場貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)換,以上均呈現(xiàn)了清代前期對外貿(mào)易積極的開放態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:During the Yongzheng period, just a few years after the opening of the South China Sea, Yang Wengan and Zubenggui collapsed one after another, and the 13 businessmen represented by Tan Kangguan argued and fought. According to foreign scholars, "the early controversy between Tan Kangguan and Shouguan, businessmen, was more clearly expressed. It was precisely this debate that led to a lot of trade chaos." it seemed to foreign businessmen that it was a kind of "confusion", but in fact, It is to ensure the opening of the sea, to ensure the establishment of a normal economic order for the sea; in particular, to ensure that a series of very serious events have taken place through the formulation of rules to ensure the opening of the sea. A principled and forward-looking struggle. The abolition of the levy further proves that the court distinguishes "tributary" from "Tongshi", makes efforts to promote international trade with preferential tax benefits, and makes the tributary system to be transformed into market trade. The above all presented the positive opening situation of foreign trade in the early Qing Dynasty.
