【摘要】：圓明園作為與紫禁城并存的清代國(guó)家政務(wù)中心,其興建和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不僅耗費(fèi)了大量財(cái)物,而且改變了舊有的以紫禁城為中心的權(quán)力配置格局,同時(shí)也直接影響到清朝中央政治的運(yùn)作模式。御園理政的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)依靠的是制度成本和經(jīng)濟(jì)資源的支撐,但自雍正朝伊始,對(duì)皇帝在御園理政合法性的質(zhì)疑,就從來沒有停止過,延至"四方多難"的咸豐朝,大臣們甚至開始公開反對(duì)。直到咸豐十年英法聯(lián)軍劫掠京西園庭,御園理政才隨著圓明園的破敗而戛然終止。
[Abstract]:Old Summer Palace, as a government center of the Qing Dynasty, coexisted with the Forbidden City. Its construction and operation not only cost a lot of property, but also changed the old configuration of power distribution with the Forbidden City as the center. At the same time, it also directly affected the mode of operation of the central politics of the Qing Dynasty. The operation of the imperial garden was based on the support of the system cost and economic resources, but since the beginning of the Yongzheng Dynasty, the question of the legitimacy of the emperor's administration in the imperial garden has never stopped. The Xianfeng Dynasty, which was extended to "how difficult the four directions," was even openly opposed by ministers. It was not until the Xiyuan court was looted by the Anglo-French coalition forces in Xianfeng that the imperial court was brought to an abrupt end with Old Summer Palace's downfall.
