【摘要】：遼朝和宋朝之間的刺事活動貫穿于整個遼宋對峙時期,這一時期的刺事人漸成規(guī)模,成為兩方較量的重要參與者。遼宋刺事人身份多樣,他們中有的是政府刺事機構(gòu)培養(yǎng)的專門刺事人,以商人、僧人、政府公務(wù)人員等身份為掩護,進(jìn)行刺事活動;有的作為邊地官員和使者,本身兼有刺探情報的職責(zé);還有部分邊民、兩屬民、歸明人等,為利祿自愿充當(dāng)刺事人。按照有無官職,遼宋刺事人可劃分為管理層和執(zhí)行層。以邊臣和使者為主的管理層的刺事人都有正當(dāng)?shù)暮戏ㄉ矸?他們不是純粹意義上的刺事人,但也參與刺事活動。管理層刺事人的社會地位較高,他們的選任體現(xiàn)出統(tǒng)治者所秉承的“上智為間”的思想。執(zhí)行層的刺事人多數(shù)為下層百姓,社會地位普遍較低,他們中有的通過刺事活動得以躋身富民、官僚階層,促進(jìn)著社會階層間自下而上的流動。相比較而言,管理層的刺事人命運起伏較小;執(zhí)行層的刺事人則命途坎坷,事成者或授田獲財、或封官受祿,事敗者危及性命,乃至牽連他人。遼宋刺事人在戰(zhàn)爭時期以搜集軍事情報為主,和平時期的信息搜集則擴展至關(guān)涉雙方利益的方方面面。刺事內(nèi)容大至國是,小到民俗,軍政、經(jīng)濟、文化情報皆含其中。正是基于寬泛的活動內(nèi)容,決定了其產(chǎn)生廣泛的影響。遼宋刺事人的刺事活動,影響著遼宋雙方的某些決策;打破了遼宋相互之間浮于表面的認(rèn)識,客觀上增進(jìn)了遼宋雙方的了解與交流;同時,刺事人的活動關(guān)系遼宋的戰(zhàn)與和,在遼宋對峙末期,刺事人成為宋朝聯(lián)金滅遼的推動者,他們的活動加速遼朝和宋朝的相繼滅亡。
[Abstract]:Between the Liao Dynasty and Song Dynasty.
