【摘要】：正史籍載西漢有龍淵宮,其位置有二說:一說在漢長安城西,茂陵東;一說在河南濮陽西平界,曹魏如淳注《漢書·武帝紀(jì)》時(shí)曰:"《三輔黃圖》云:‘有龍淵宮,今長安城西有其處’�！稖箱尽�:‘救決河,亦起龍淵宮其旁’"�？贾T史籍,西漢龍淵宮當(dāng)在漢長安城西,茂陵東,河南濮陽西平界說為后人對史料的誤讀�！稘h書·武帝紀(jì)》載:"(元光)三年(前132年)春……。河水決濮陽(此事《溝洫志》:載:‘河決于瓠子’。泛郡十六,發(fā)卒十萬救決河。起龍淵宮。""上使汲黯、鄭當(dāng)時(shí)興人徒塞之,輒復(fù)壞"。丞相田啞又"言于上曰:‘江河之決皆天事,未易以人力強(qiáng)塞,強(qiáng)塞之未必順應(yīng)天’。而望氣用數(shù)者亦以為然,是以久不復(fù)塞也。"堵
