【摘要】：契約是研究中國傳統社會變遷的重要資料。新發(fā)現的清代閩東契約涉及大量鄉(xiāng)村女性的生活狀況,通過對這些契約的分析,一方面可以看出女性在家庭大宗不動產如土地、房屋等買賣契約中處于主導、參與的情形;另一方面又可以看出部分女性生存的艱難,乃至處于被買賣、典當的屈從境地。此外,契約還反映出鄉(xiāng)村社會對尊長女性的孝行,在某種意義上反映了閩東地區(qū)女性在社會與家庭中地位的多元化傾向,總體而言,鄉(xiāng)村社會女性地位并非想象的那么低下。
[Abstract]:Contract is an important material to study the changes of Chinese traditional society. The newly discovered contract of Mindong in Qing Dynasty involves the living conditions of a large number of rural women, through the analysis of these contracts. On the one hand, it can be seen that women are dominant and participating in the sale and purchase contracts of household real estate such as land and house. On the other hand, it can be seen that some women are difficult to survive, even in the situation of being sold and pawned. In addition, the contract also reflects the filial piety of the rural society to the elder women. In a sense, it reflects the pluralistic tendency of women's status in society and family in East Fujian. In general, the status of women in rural society is not as low as expected.
