【摘要】：西夏是以黨項(xiàng)為主體建立的少數(shù)民族政權(quán)。由于民族的遷徙,傳統(tǒng)的繼承及文化的交融,西夏政權(quán)在社會(huì)生產(chǎn)生活的各個(gè)角落凸顯了與其周邊政權(quán)的差異之處。婦女作為社會(huì)的另一大主力,在社會(huì)生產(chǎn)生活中發(fā)揮著意想不到的作用。同時(shí),西夏婦女也不例外地顯現(xiàn)出了其自身的特點(diǎn)。如在政治生活中,西夏后妃借助其特殊的身份積極地參與國(guó)家政事,在政治舞臺(tái)上盡情地展現(xiàn)自己的魅力;在經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中,西夏婦女扮演著特殊的角色,擁有特殊的經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利;在法律方面,西夏法典一方面局限著婦女們的權(quán)利,另一方面,又為她們提供了特權(quán),保護(hù)婦女的權(quán)益。本文以《天盛改舊新定律令》、《西夏書(shū)事校證》為中心,分政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律三大方面來(lái)論述西夏婦女的社會(huì)生活并探討她們的社會(huì)地位。
[Abstract]:Xixia is established as the main body to Dangxiang minority regime. Because of ethnic migration, traditional inheritance and cultural fusion, Xixia regime highlights the difference between neighboring regimes in every corner of the social life. Women as another major force of society, play an unexpected role in social production and life at the same time, Xixia's women showed its own characteristics. Such as in the political life, with its special identity empress Xixia actively involved in political affairs, to show their charm in the political arena; in economic life, Xixia women play a special role, with special economic right; in the aspect of law, the statute limits the aspect of women's rights, on the other hand, it provides a privilege for them, the protection of the rights of women.
