【摘要】： 本文以1950年代武漢娼妓改造運(yùn)動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象,然后分別就民國時(shí)期武漢市娼妓狀況及民國漢口市政府對(duì)娼妓的管理、1950年代武漢的娼妓問題及收容改造過程、1950年代武漢娼妓改造的特征、成效及成功原因逐步將研究展開并深入,同時(shí)將1950年代的武漢娼妓改造與民國時(shí)代的娼妓改造進(jìn)行比較研究,將武漢娼妓改造與天津、北京作比較,最后得出武漢的特征及經(jīng)驗(yàn)。概而言之,1950年代武漢禁娼的方式是有別于北京、天津的第三種方式,它之所以能取得成功是基于筆者所謂的“三個(gè)特殊性”即特殊的歷史時(shí)期、特殊的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力量、特殊的改造方式。而人們通過這場運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程,清晰的看到了中國共產(chǎn)黨從革命黨向執(zhí)政黨的轉(zhuǎn)變歷程及中國共產(chǎn)黨在處理城市社會(huì)問題時(shí)所表現(xiàn)出的強(qiáng)烈的探索精神。另一方面,1950年代武漢娼妓改造中推行的以社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)和行政強(qiáng)制為特征的社會(huì)問題治理則是中國共產(chǎn)黨開創(chuàng)的社會(huì)控制模式的反映。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the transformation movement of prostitution in Wuhan in 1950s as the research object, and then makes a comparative study on the situation of prostitutes in Wuhan during the period of the Republic of China and the management of prostitutes in Hankou in the Republic of China, the problem and process of prostitution in Wuhan in the 1950s, the characteristics, achievements and success reasons of the transformation of prostitutes in Wuhan in the 1950s, and the transformation of prostitutes in Wuhan in 1950s and the transformation of prostitutes in the Republic of China. The transformation of Wuhan prostitutes is compared with Tianjin and Beijing, and finally the characteristics and experience of Wuhan are obtained. Generally speaking, the way of banning prostitution in Wuhan in 1950s is different from that in Beijing and Tianjin. The reason why it can succeed is based on the author's so-called "three specialties", that is, special historical period, special leadership force and special transformation mode. Through the process of this movement, people clearly see the transformation process of the Communist Party of China from the revolutionary party to the ruling party and the strong spirit of exploration shown by the Communist Party of China in dealing with urban social problems. On the other hand, the management of social problems characterized by social movement and administrative compulsion, which was carried out in the transformation of prostitution in Wuhan in 1950s, is the reflection of the social control model initiated by the Communist Party of China.
