【摘要】：方志系統(tǒng)地情資料數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)取得了不小的成績(jī),但仍有不少需要發(fā)展完善的地方。方志工作者應(yīng)該結(jié)合二輪修志編纂資料長(zhǎng)編,以電子卡片的形式分門別類建設(shè)新型地情資料數(shù)據(jù)庫。方志系統(tǒng)地情資料數(shù)據(jù)庫屬地情二次性資料文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫,資料具有權(quán)威性、存史性、使用廣泛性。新型資料數(shù)據(jù)庫需建立以地方志門類為框架的資料入庫系統(tǒng)和編制以門類代碼分類檢索為主的多元性檢索系統(tǒng),要進(jìn)行地方志門類要素的研究,從而提高地情資料數(shù)據(jù)庫的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Great achievements have been made in the construction of local information database, but there are still many places that need to be developed and perfected. Local chronicles workers should combine with the compilation data of the second round of revision records and construct a new type of geodetic data database in the form of electronic cards. The local chronicle systematic geodetic data database belongs to the local situation secondary data literature database, which has the authority, historical nature and extensive use. The new data database needs to establish a data storage system based on local chronicles and a pluralistic retrieval system based on category code classification and retrieval, and to study the elements of local chronicles.
