佐藤榮作內閣時期的日臺經濟關系（1964-1972）

【摘要】： 佐藤榮作內閣時期(1964-1972)的日本與臺灣經濟關系在中日邦交正常化前的日臺官方關系中扮演著重要角色。本文在分析日臺雙方政治、經濟背景以及國際形勢的基礎上,從貿易、投資與貸款三個方面系統(tǒng)梳理了佐藤內閣時期的日臺經濟關系,并認為這種經濟關系是戰(zhàn)后資本主義經濟蓬勃發(fā)展、資本主義國際產業(yè)結構調整、日本和臺灣自身政治、經濟發(fā)展狀況的表現(xiàn)。本文揭示佐藤時期日臺經濟關系實質上是“新型從屬經濟關系”、“發(fā)達國家與發(fā)展中國家或地區(qū)經濟合作新模式”與“日本經濟外交的產物”,同時還論述了佐藤時期日臺經濟關系對日本、臺灣、日美貿易和中日關系的影響。通過對佐藤榮作內閣時期日臺經濟關系的考察分析,可以拓寬中日關系研究思路,加深對政治與經濟相互影響關系的理解,同時還能為當今日臺關系、中日關系、日美關系提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The economic relationship between Japan and Taiwan during Sato's cabinet (1964 / 1972) played an important role in the official relations between Japan and Taiwan before the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations. On the basis of analyzing the political, economic background and international situation of Japan and Taiwan, this paper systematically combs the economic relationship between Japan and Taiwan in the period of Sato Cabinet from three aspects: trade, investment and loan. It is also considered that this economic relationship is the manifestation of the vigorous development of capitalist economy after the war, the adjustment of capitalist international industrial structure, the political and economic development of Japan and Taiwan. This paper reveals that the economic relations between Japan and Taiwan in Sato period are essentially "new subordinate economic relations", "new models of economic cooperation between developed countries and developing countries or regions" and "products of Japan's economic diplomacy". At the same time, the influence of Japanese-Taiwan economic relations on Japan, Taiwan, Japan-US trade and Sino-Japanese relations during Sato period is also discussed. Through the investigation and analysis of the economic relations between Japan and Taiwan during Sato's cabinet period, we can broaden the thinking of the study of Sino-Japanese relations, deepen the understanding of the relationship between politics and economy, and at the same time, it can also be regarded as today's relations between Japan and Taiwan and Sino-Japanese relations. Japan-US relations provide a reference.
